Exploring Queen Elizabeth II Pennies (1953-70) Discover Low-Value Treasures and a £60,000 Surprise!

After after specimens and test strikes in 1954 the final design of the coin for the pneumonic were decided. You can often find these coins from 1961 - 1967 in uncirculated condition at a fairly reasonable price.
