Great video! Love the tour! Have never been there, but now want to visit! Cute little area, for sure! Sad that it cost $2,000 a month to RENT that unit. Here in the Midwest you could pay less than that to OWN a 2,000 square foot, four bedroom, three bathroom, two car garage, quiet cul de sac street, half acre lot with limited neighbors and a short drive to the city. Just wild, the differences.

In NY you can live for 2k in a 2 bedroom in the Bronx Harlem or the other ghetto neighborhoods in 80-120 year old rat roach infested buildings that are ancient in todays standard.

Needs major renovation before renting it out. Dark inside, dated, and so uninvited looking at the shower and closet with a heater inside. Wow. I wouldn’t show it if I were the real estate agent because it is not up to my standard. What I show represent my image.

@@TC-ry2mx the property rents out continuously in the condition it's in, so the landlord obviously knows what they're doing and if you watched the video I clearly say it's not my listing, I have a successful KZbin channel where I show real estate in South Florida. and the reason people like my channel is because I'm real and don't just show fancy homes that most people could never afford, I also put my customers first before my image.

You can believe that all you want but the reality is they did get that and they got it with multiple offers. When I made this video the rental market was hot and you were lucky if you got it for that much and not more
