Haven’t been to dreamworld in a couple years, but I’m really keen to go back! I loved it before and it looks even better now!

Rivertown was just sensationally done, every corner is so well themed (other than the old moto coaster store front). Hopefully soon enough they’ll get rid of moto coaster and expand Rivertown with a thrill ride

For 10:00 I think the narrative behind Jungle rush is. "You've stumbled upon a temple that you want to explore so you hope in the cars (trains), and explore the many secrets and pathways of the temple after that you finally make it back to the homeland Rivertown found by Jane and Murray". The story to Rivertown has been thought out pretty good.

Well if their not going to get rid of motor coaster it would be good to re-theme it with old vintage style motorbike with side car, it would match with jungle rush and won’t be an eyesore off to the side

I see dreamworld taking the crown from movie world this year... Wow dreamworld has gotten alooooot better since i last went and that was literally a week and half before the river rapid accident happened. Ill forever be Sad that tower of terror is gone and now the og claw. But all improvments and new coasters alongwith theming have been amazing in my opinion.

Did a 5-second camo in the end 😂 Also found out on the weekend that Jungle Rush, when running one train, drops you through the 1st half of the course twice, both backwards and forwards. Then, the 2nd half of the course you go through it the opposite way you started.

I was at dreamworld 2 days ago. potentially even on the same day. The theming of Jungle rush and its area, is what theme parks in Australia need, proper themeing and a cohesive look for dedicated sectors. Its great.

The queue looks like a copy of Indiana Jones entry - but it’s nice to see Dreamworld actually putting effort into the themeing

Rode the Jungle rush for the first time yesterday, and it along with Rivertown are one of my favourite theme park attractions in Australia. It’s on the same level as rides at universal studios, which is funny since the same company that made attractions in Universal studios Singapore built this ride

7:11 I think they have been since last year? It was in very popular demand, as well as WAY cheaper seats compared to DC Rivals backwards seats. (You can even get refunds from the seat if you didn't get a chance to ride Tailwhip)

And they still have more scenery to add. The waterfall structure and crystals have been added recently in the temple

Did you think the design of the unload area on JR is awkward? Very narrow and it is a fight for people collecting their items from the boxes as the new riders are trying to put theirs in.
@MaloneysCoasters
@MaloneysCoasters 7 күн бұрын
I do think the unload platform is pretty narrow but I can't really see how they could have designed it better in the space they had. With trains departing both forwards and backwards, the loose item storage needs to be quite central, otherwise one train will be a complete bottleneck more so than the other. The platform could be wider, but the rest of the space in the building is taken up with the disabled access which is obviously a necessity, so I think they're kind of just stuck with what they've got. Including exit gates on both sides of the loose item boxes was a really good move, it somewhat reduces the chaos since riders in the front and back of the train don't have to push past each other, so it could have been worse. But I agree, it gets a little congested. Maybe they'll think of some other ways to make it more efficient. It's always the little things that can really affect how a ride operates!

I am a bit confused… Isn’t Rivertown supposed to be a colonial Australia land? Why are there temples?
@MaloneysCoasters

I don’t recall it ever being mentioned that it was a colonial Australia land. The story behind the land has always been jungle themed
