@@livinginwake definitely worth the effort for that destination, but they probably felt it the next day. My PB so far is 110km in one trip on a Yamaha VX and I certainly felt that the next day, but I didn't feel anything after doing 90km on a GTX 170 in Lerner mode full throttle all the way on the smooth waters of the Gold Coast waterways a couple of weeks back.

@@IanWiley click under 200km is furtherest I have ridden. She was choppy ocean stuff. The lower back needed a few repairs to pass the warrant of fitness after that one
