@@Ambience88Well you never mention that gutter oil was invented by Japanese in 1960’s, adopted by Taiwanese in 1980s then passed to mainland China after Taiwanese were allowed to visit mainland. Now gutter oil has disappeared in mainland China due to strict supervision and report system, it might still exist in the province of Taiwan though😂

Street food is like this. It is for manual laborers, such as construction workers and taxi drivers. The middle class will go to better restaurants, which are several times more expensive and have more exquisite environments and food (for general enjoyment). A truly high-end banquet, where one meal can consume the money of an apartment, stupid ingredients, and unnecessary 'art'. (The dumbest thing I've ever seen is' high-end American long black rice ', I think it's a scam)

Great vlog as always! It brought me back to the summer of 1990, the first time I visited Kunming in Yunnan Province. During that trip, I met a young Belgian couple on their honeymoon, and we instantly clicked. We enjoyed the local culture and lifestyle so much that we ended up sharing guesthouse suit traveling together in Yunnan for two weeks.
