Back in 2011, VICE Germany gained exclusive access to Jamel-a small town often called a "Nazi village" by the press. Jamel may have only housed around 35 permanent residents, but it skewed pretty heavily toward neo-Nazis and extremists who are mostly members of the far-right NPD political party.

They are the biggest minority/immigrant group, with about 3-4 miilion of our 82 million people, being Turkish. A lot of people don't like them because of the way that some of them act. The younger ones tend to act like many hispanic immigrants in America; trying to act hard, becoming thugs, living off of social welfare and just being asocial. There are good Turkish people and some that have adjusted to the German way of life. Some are still stuck in the past, making their wives wear burkas and trying to turn Germany into an muslim state. Basically, not all are bad, just as not every latino is a gang banger or not every black man is a thug. People like Geirtwo are a disgrace, not only to Germany but to humanity. Immigration will never stop. Germany is a prosperous country, with the highest social welfare benefits in the EU; people in poor countries know this. It won't stop, just like it won't stop in the USA and it's best to just live with and not let it get to you.
