@@masterzoroark6664 like i said. The ethics committee doesn't weigh each scenario on a single life(especially if ita d class), they make decisions based on the overall benefits. If they feel that sacrificing a few innocent lives, including infants, will benefit containment as whole, they will do it. They mostly keep site directors and doctors from going overboard on experiments that put the world at risk.

Anderson was much more aware that he was working with a human, as much as a dick he is. He knows that Callisto has needs and wants, like giving her a comb to brush her head to calm herself down and trying to work within the confines of her stamina or expand said stamina. Dark sees her as a tool and tried to force what he wants without respecting Callisto as a being with a will, and listening to him was just her will. It is like riding a bear and kicking it when it is too slow, he only made her realize how easy it is to overpower everyone around her.

Its always a treat to hear about the other factions that are always so enigmatic get put through something like this. It always feels like the SCP foundation is getting played time and time again, but its refreshing when we see that even other engimatic factions like MC&D here along with an Andersen screw up and act human. Its a generally chilling thing to learn that even they can get kind of fucked over and that even they feel emotions.

@@CrazyAbdul1000 do you know just how much byproduct reactors make? Where are you going to transport it, how are you because again its steam not a solid material. Compare that to an array where all you have to do is disguise the outside and be done, which by the way you'd have to do for the nuclear reactor anyways, and its obvious why you'd go for solar
@YukonHexsun
@YukonHexsun 3 жыл бұрын
@@Biosquid239 To be fair, nuclear power plants don't actually produce much waste at all compared to other waste-producing energy sources. We THINK about nuclear waste a lot because we aren't just pumping it into the air. We have to deal with nuclear waste ourselves, manually. Storing it in a deep well is actually not that insane. Weirdly the real issue Anderson would have had is actually delivery of nuclear fuel, THAT would attract people's attention. As for OP, solar array is a bit obvious. I think this was before satellite camera systems, at least before their widespread use like we have now. Still, building it at a geothermally active location would have been much more reliable, plus you wouldn't have the whole damn thing exposed to air so anyone can see it if they pass by.

@@theadministrator2641 Yeah I don't even consider the SCP universe and Marvel in the same league, Marvel is extremely well produced trash IMO. Part of why I hate Marvel is like, why the fuck are characters like Black Widow even hanging around people like The Hulk. That huge disparity of power ruins everything. With SCPs, they are all so dangerous that their power balances itself out. Yeah sure there's a lizard that can't die, but he is so full of existential hatred that he's generally useless as a weapon. I also find it childish to think that the government would work with the Marvel characters, like as if any nation would allow god-like powers to be in the hands of private citizens. Vigilantism is frowned upon pretty heavily by most nations. I would be interested in the SCP containment protocol for The Hulk though lol

Quality content and colourful voice. Your articulate wording and excellent presentation makes your videos quite easy to get accustomed to. Since your voice is so soothing as well, your work also has a therapeutic value thus it becomes very pleasant to listen while trying to relax or sleep. Please do not stop anytime soon, as it more or less has become a craving of mine to listen to your videos when in need of auditory relaxation. Especially in these difficult times, seeing that you have published a new video is a very welcome sight!

It sounds pretty clear that this takes place in the same universe as The Ouroboros Cycle, since djkactus is known to connect his articles to one another very well. Granted, certain things don't always happen in the same universe (like everything related the floating city being able to exist outside the Ouroboros universe), but it's clear that these two co-exist, especially when considering everything that happens in the Ouroboros universe tends to be inconsistent with data from the original documents.

Too intriguing not to clilck this time Edit: amazing quality, can totally imagine this being an episode of an esgier cartoon or maybe a movie for kids getting into that stuff. I don't know if 775 million is appropriate payment. Either it's obviously about right or obviously significantly but not multiple times too little. Can you even get billions in the 70s?
