Dark sees her as a tool and tried to force what he wants without respecting Callisto as a being with a will, and listening to him was just her will. Compare that to an array where all you have to do is disguise the outside and be done, which by the way you'd have to do for the nuclear reactor anyways, and its obvious why you'd go for solar
@YukonHexsun3 жыл бұрын
@@Biosquid239 To be fair, nuclear power plants don't actually produce much waste at all compared to other waste-producing energy sources. We THINK about nuclear waste a lot because we aren't just pumping it into the air. We have to deal with nuclear waste ourselves, manually. Storing it in a deep well is actually not that insane. Weirdly the real issue Anderson would have had is actually delivery of nuclear fuel, THAT would attract people's attention. As for OP, solar array is a bit obvious. I think this was before satellite camera systems, at least before their widespread use like we have now. Still, building it at a geothermally active location would have been much more reliable, plus you wouldn't have the whole damn thing exposed to air so anyone can see it if they pass by.

Part of why I hate Marvel is like, why the fuck are characters like Black Widow even hanging around people like The Hulk. That huge disparity of power ruins everything. With SCPs, they are all so dangerous that their power balances itself out. Yeah sure there's a lizard that can't die, but he is so full of existential hatred that he's generally useless as a weapon. I also find it childish to think that the government would work with the Marvel characters, like as if any nation would allow god-like powers to be in the hands of private citizens. It sounds pretty clear that this takes place in the same universe as The Ouroboros Cycle, since djkactus is known to connect his articles to one another very well. Granted, certain things don't always happen in the same universe (like everything related the floating city being able to exist outside the Ouroboros universe), but it's clear that these two co-exist, especially when considering everything that happens in the Ouroboros universe tends to be inconsistent with data from the original documents.

I like how some of the scp locations are very remote like this one being on an island

I know djkaktus, is, well, djkaktus. But I never thought he'd reference the ouroborus cycle, not only as part of an scp, but as a core backstory piece of an otherwise unrelated one.

Hey Exploring series, I love your voice and length of videos you put out, it really helps me get through my work day at the machine shop. I was hoping to make a request of more Thaumial SCPs, and in particular SCP-4006 massathuthets. Hope you're doing well and enjoying your time making content as well as living your life.

This is a very interesting set of circumatances. An anamoly that transcends time and space at the cost of feeding on life itself, and is so full of hatred that it attacks people to some extent. Frankly, I would've blown it up.

Not gonna lie, Anderson sounds like a good person at heart, he just didn't know what he was going into until it was too late.

Thank you for the sci-fi references: Anderson as in writer Paul Anderson. (also *Anderton* , the character from "Minority Report" who views events unfolding with another female test subject) At 7:23 November 1963, as in Stephen King's time travel novel _11-22-63_
