This was a really amazing location to visit and we walked away with some good specimens.
I really think this location needs to be visited more than once to really grasp it and I'm sure we will return in the future.

I enjoy your perspective on collecting with purpose. I like to tell my kids - I can love that beautiful things exist in the world without needing to own them.

I really like how you guys are respectful of the mining area and don't just hoard the materials. Some would just take everything and leave nothing for others to enjoy. Keep on rocking!

💗😊💕you make a good point, don’t just collect, have a purpose in mind. Thank you, you just gave me strength in organizing my room. My husband actually, asks me to listen to him, he says the same thing, maybe I just needed to hear it from others, too, ha, ha, I am very stubborn after all. 💕😊💗

Should be using a UV light, you'll know instantly if its fluorite.

Good selective finds. a great overview of the mine area itself. Huge crystals! I've never seen anything like it before. I lived in Washington until just a few years ago. 63 years there. In NM now. Love it here! It Rocks! 🤣

That one is indeed worth getting excited about. I imagine the remoteness has saved that place. It's nice to see a true walk in/out location now and again.

Montana is such a mineral wonderland. And I echo that I appreciate your perspective. It’s good to show restraint to keep from greatly altering the landscape. Really appreciated this video.
