I get why my theory didn't end up even in the finalists. the thing is, it is meant to fit in with my (partially complete) complete story of Minecraft. So it would need some context. You had to make with 500 people too so there is that.

Theory: Everything in Minecraft needs balance, time after time we see this. Sheep are slain by wolves in the forest, villagers are slain by illagers, (most) harmful mobs are slain by iron Gollums. Mobs in Minecraft seem to have a natural balance to them. But for things like the ender dragon, there is no balance. The player exists to bring balance to the world. But if there are ancient ruins that implies in the past there was balance. What catastrophic event took place to bring these interconnected dimensions out of balance? Why are they even connected? How did this happen? Is everything unbalanced because somehow they became connected? What happened to all the humans? The humans obviously did something causing a catastrophic event but what? I theorize that the dimensions were all balanced, and when the human's civilization hit its peak they desired more.... they created integrate ways between the dimensions, and then one day it all came crashing down and all these gateways were broken resulting in mass extinction. In their place a new similar species, the villagers, thrived where they left off. Right before this event the enderman learned much information from the humans through the trade of items and goods and used this information to form their own interdimensional technology to bring back their lost brethren and ask the humans what happened, but when they arrived there were no humans...... and the portal they made, made it impossible to return to its origin From here is when the players arrives, who knows how the player came to existence

When you started talking about how gold has mystical properties, two things immediately came to mind. Golden Apples, and Golden Carrots. Golden Apples are powerful, by surrounding an apple with 8 ingots of gold you create an apple that can not only buff the player but heal them at the same time. Their enchanted variants are even stronger. Now, this begs the question, how were these food made? Before answering that, let's look at Golden Carrots. When you surround a carrot with 8 nuggets of gold, it creates the most nutritious food in the game, a Golden Carrot. The food that offers the most saturation in the game. They can also be used to brew night vision potions. My belief is that certain foods/items in Minecraft, have dormant properties. Properties that can't be accessed without gold's special mystical properties. Carrots have dormant saturation and night vision effects that can be extracted into potions, and apples have dormant buffing and healing effects. It's also worth noting that the crafting recipes for the apples are more expensive than the carrots. For the apples, you need ingots, while for the carrots, you need nuggets. Could it be the more gold you add to these things the stronger they become? Because even though this recipe has been removed from the game, in the earlier versions of Minecraft, when you surrounded an apple with 8 blocks of gold, it became an enchanted golden apple. Either way, I'm curious to know your thoughts on this idea.

Well, carrots are said to help you fight Night Blindness by providing Vitamin A, so the potion part might be, as you said, awakening of dormant abilities, or maybe boosting of abilites already there to new, noticable levels. As for the apple, I don't really know, but I assume it's related to the saying of "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Also, please note: Glistening Melon is also used in potions, and it's made using gold and melons, furthering your theory of gold having magical properties

My theory is: The Blaze, Ghast, Elder and regular Guardians are broken golems.
@optimus6374
@optimus6374 3 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. The guardians and elder guardians are what I would consider closest to golems as we know now, because they are the most mechanical in structure. They do not seem to have corrupted as much as blazes and ghosts (I will get to that later). They patrol the area and attack anything. While fish aren’t really a hostile mob, the guardians seem over protective of the monument, and again don’t seem to have corrupted as much. Blazes are corrupted in my understanding, as while the ancient builders may have made a floating sentry built for fire and to expel fire, you’d think it acts like the guardians as attacking anything else, but it doesn’t. It also seems burned and cracked at the bottom of its rods and head, showing it has aged and possibly evolved or corrupted. Ghasts seem totally corrupted. A floating, wandering all seeing eye as a remote control drone per se shouldn’t appear like a crying ghost. If they wanted to scare piglins, they could’ve used a zombie piglin face. (The ancient builders are either wither skeletons or zombie pigmen, piglins seem to either be a different species or a long lost descendant who totally forgot about their ancestors). And considering that a highly advanced society wouldn’t need a flying, scary ghost even though it is a remote drone flying around scaring the things it tries to protect. The fireballs may have been something the builders implemented, but the ghast only fires at us, not protective, just hostile. Their sounds and and looks seem heavily corrupted, old and evolving. So in a sense I agree, but they are not what they once were. Edit: expanded on why they should use a zombie pigmen face to scare piglins.

@wolf team I have something similar, not like yours but there is definitely a coronation between soul sand and ghasts, ghasts only spawn where soul sand exists right used to exist , soul sand valley, nether wastes (soul sand beaches) and basalt deltas ( basalt is made with lava touching ice and soul soil) so a volcano went off in a soul sand valley and thus the basalt deltas were born and with ghasts roaming there birth place. Tho people did die on the soul sand valley. Before it was a valley it was just like any nether waste, the “dinosaurs”? (Whatever they were they were a threat) the humans needed to kill them and killed all of them, the bodies decayed and made soul sand, the human skeletons were light enough they could rise again but the Dino skeletons were too heavy and stayed as a fossil, That’s my take on the valley but my god I have an explanation for literally everything in the nether except ancient debris

@DELTAWOLVES I think that the fossils found in the soul sand valleys, and more commonly found in the desert in the overworld belong to an extinct species of monster that were domesticated in some way by the builders. They got trapped in the nether when the apocalypse started. They couldn't become zombified though, that's why we see no zombie giant monster things. Eventually after the builders went fully extinct, they moved to the soul sand valleys because it most closely resembled their natural desert home. They eventually got morphed into ghasts by wither monsters. The ones that died (in both dimensions) are the fossils seen. They become immortal, fireproof, fireball shooting slaves to the wither. They are NOT undead, as they dont burn in sunlight and the wither attacks them. They cry because they remember being pets of the builders, and because they recognize you and dont really won't to kill you. Evidence The "Uneasy Alliance" achievement. You get this by transporting a ghast to the overworld, then killing it. Not being undead. The wither attacks them. Fossils in the valley. Anyway, just what I think the origins of ghasts are.

@@ILIKEOTTERS I don't have it. Sorry. If I was able to view my submission, I'd copy and paste it. But the gist of it was that monster spawners spontaneously appear from large amounts of monster essence or something like that, and I explain every single spawner in detail. For example, the Abandoned Mineshafts. Why are they abandoned. According to my theory, cave spider spawners randomly appeared in those mines, and so the ancient miners had to retreat and leave the mines to survive. Perhaps they were originally just regular spider spawners, but became the poisonous (technically venomous) cave spiders because the ancient builders tried tampering with them. And dungeons were when random monster spawners appeared in caves, and were encased in cobblestone to prevent them from interfering with their resource collecting, and they were exposed over time. And the main part of my theory is that Woodland Mansions have a rare closed off room containing a Spider Spawner, surrounded by cobwebs. Perhaps Illagers, in their quest to understand life and death, learn how to harness this energy to create monster spawners. I go into more detail with more spawners, but this is just the basic idea

The joke started with his episode on the Halloween Update that introduced the Nether, where he started by interrogating a chicken with a Flint and Steel and accusing it of being a spy. Since that episode he always makes jokes about how the Chickens are reporting his every move to the monsters

So that it's public for all the read, here's a cleaned up version of my Theory! "Evolution of the Ancients": One of the most confusing things to explain in the Minecraft Lore, is the how the Players spawn (yes this is assuming multiplayer is cannon and not simply just for gameplay). Based on the Phantom video, what if the players are decendants of the Ancient Builders, or Ancients, and when the undead sickness outbreak occured, the few that were left on the run on there own, slowly evolved over centuries to the modern day (world generation). Because of a forced nomadic and lonesome lifestyle, they became smarter/curious, more self sufficient, and grew an amunnity to zombification, which then leads to us as players as we are. Thanks for reading my bullshit! ^-^

As an add-on to the enchanting theory: When the player translates the foreign text, it says 'Unbreaking...?' It seems as though the player is translating the language, but he/she hasn't mastered it, but can make out the most important features of the spells. This could also go hand in hand with the theory that an allmighty being makes you forget all knowledge when it strikes you down, so you might forget how to speak or read the ancient language who created/discovered the spells.

1. When Emeralds were first added, I believed that Emerald tools did exist once, but take so much effort to stabilize, that nobody was able to do it. It would have been a half-way house between gold and diamond, being ludicrously fast and could mine diamonds, but broke far quicker than a diamond pick would. 2. I don't think the Illagers literally use the chicken as a spy, they just believe it's the case. The statues are just a cross between a statue of a deity and a vanity project to show off how good their statue building capabilities. 3. I like this one! Although I'd assume that you could just hop through portals to all these other dimensions, but there's just no way the player can do it. 3b. So, maybe there ARE no Ancient Builders. Maybe it's just the player dying over and over and over. That's why the Zombies have the Steve clothes. 4. Why do the mobs have enchanted tools? They're the player's previous lives, as seen in part 3b. 5. Jesus CHRIST there's no way I'm fitting this one in here.

My theory for why the players death count is one when the world is created is that perhaps you were an ancient builder that was turned into a zombie, technically becoming dead, however something causes you to be cured of the zombie virus. Perhaps the reason you dont remember the knowledge of your own people is because the zombification effect degrades the mind, after all when you cure a villager of its sickness its trades are cheaper, perhaps rather than it thanking you, it has forgotten what the prices were and made them cheaper by mistake.

Theory: the final one (unsettling discovery) could link to the end scene. If in a simulation, then the two entities’ words would make sense. They are real people, outside of the simulation, trying to get you to go back in by telling you a story. However, when they start to ask you to awake, it could be a transmission from someone else, trying to save you. I believe this because of how abruptly the ‘blue entity’ (I think, it may be the yellow one, even if those are the colours, I can’t remember) says ‘ please wake up’ mid-sentence. It ends as they are cut off the line, and you start once again.

So, as retro’s suggestion, this is my theory. What’s with mushroom islands? First, the trees. They’re not trees. Just, no. They are simply big mushrooms. There are a few mushrooms that look like the brown mushroom “tree”. It’s actually kind of trippy. But now, the mooshrooms and islands, I’ve seen theories of it being a fungal infection, but in my opinion, that doesn’t work, I think it’s magic. And who did it? The piglins. The theory that the piglin’s origin in the overworld is a good theory, and for now, let’s say it’s true. Then we have a piglin civilisation in the overworld, with hoglins as their cavalry (there is no use for them in the nether, so that’s why they eat them) Now, especially if you aren’t particularly... liked by the other inhabitants, you’d want a few islands, full of the stuff your cavalry likes best, mushrooms! Yes, the piglins created the mushroom islands, and the mooshrooms, to feed the hoglins. And now, in their exile, the islands are left, the cows have escaped their pen, and roam these man made islands. Why they used cows? Well, they do produce milk, and they’re the biggest, we don’t really know why they used ONLY cows, that’s been lost to time. That’s my theory! And I also posted this on the RetroGamingNow discord as the name “proto-human caveoof” or the handle of “bargain bin humanoid#8044” Hope you all thought it was good!

22:50 x.25 Badoatmeal Thats me This is my theory The Crying Obsidian Soul Theory Crying obsidian is a block that resembles normal obsidian but is slightly easier to mine, emit a light level of 10, cries purple tears, cannot make nether portals, and can be crafted to make respawn anchors. But there are only 3 ways to find crying obsidian which is bartering with piglin, piglin bastion chests, and ruined portals. But my theory was created because why would crying obsidian be found in ruined portals if it cannot make portals? My theory is that obsidian has a soul. Yup, Obsidian has a soul, here is my reasoning. Obsidian cannot be made in the nether as you need water so all the obsidian found in the nether came from the overworld, same for the end, speaking of the end, the end had towers of obsidian and a row of 2 in end ships, but when a block of obsidian is lonely, it cries, and never stops crying, its depressed as it has no company, it also does not know other obsidian have souls as they are blocks and cannot move, in ruined portals, they are abandoned and hopeless, in bastion remnant chests they are in chests forever until a piglin or player picks them up. But obsidian with company and mobs near it are happy and stay as obsidian, like obsidian in the end, 100s of enderman and a dragon nearby is cool, and the row of obsidian have a shulker nearby to talk to. Don't think they have souls still? Guess what? Respawn anchors? Normal obsidian cannot make anchors but crying obsidian can, with glowstone dust, it can grab ahold of a soul and use it for the player to respawn, granted the bed does not have a soul but you don't need to refill a bed with glowstone dust do you? Note: Thank you for hearing this theory

My theory is that obsidian is actually a battery that stores enchantment energy. Obsidian can make enchantment tables, which you can use to convert the life force of mobs into enchantment energy. Beacons are also crafted with obsidian, which can be used to gain potion effects. An interesting detail about potions is that they have an enchantment glint, suggesting that they use similar magic to a beacon. End crystals also have an enchantment glint, and they could only be placed on obsidian (and bedrock), further establishing obsidian's unique enchanting properties. I think crying obsidian is the result of obsidian being "overcharged", but how did it get to that state? There are ruined portals all over the Overworld and Nether, and they appear to have corrupted their surroundings with netherrack, magma, and lava. Some natural event must have caused the portals to break, releasing so much energy that it even broke down the very properties of the surrounding obsidian blocks. The liquid particles dripped from crying obsidian actually glow in the dark and have the same color as nether portals, suggesting that when the ruined portals broke down, they overcharged the obsidian with enchantment energy.

Ooh! This will be a nice theory to discuss about... The problem is where the soul came from. How does mixing water and lava create a soul? This begs the question, if water and lava make obsidian, then how about mobs themselves? Now, from this point on I'm going to go off in a whole other direction, so stick with me. How are mobs actually created? For a player to make a mob, they must willingly give food to two adult mobs to have them produce a baby. Baby mobs can also spawn naturally as well. So why can a player do this? Why do the mobs suddenly want to make a baby if another being willingly gives them food?

I was a finalist, darn so close. Here’s my theory if you’re interested :) There are three types of magic in Minecraft, souls, ender, and a third unknown variant (likely something to do with the skulk and deep dark). These three types of magic each relate to different dimensions. Souls with the nether, ender with the end, and the unknown variant with the overworld. You already know all about souls so I won't go too much into them (blue in color, used by evokers, responsible for the wither etc.) All I want to add regarding this form of magic is that I believe it is directly tied to the nether, which is kind of obvious. Soul sand is found in the nether, the withering effect (which originates in the nether via wither skeletons) is the process of something living being converted into a soul, and the nether is based off of hell which has always been a sort of underworld/afterlife relating to souls. With that out of the way, let's move on to the new stuff. Starting with ender, it is the purple glow we see from nether portals, respawn anchors, and enchantments. It is likely some sort of cosmic energy that originates from the end. Where's the evidence for this? Well, with every mob that has been given the moniker of ender (the enderman, endermite, and ender dragon) the purple magic of ender relates to them in some form or another. Purple particle effects are given off by the ender dragon when unleashing its dragon breath, the enderman when it teleports, and the endermite when it spawns. This seems to suggest that the mobs home to the end are somehow over-infused with ender. But why? I believe it is because the end is swirling with it. This dimension is a mostly dark purple void. So what if said void is actually some sort of extradimensional source of cosmic energy, aka ender. As such, whenever the player uses magic, what they are actually doing is summoning ender from the end dimension. But how is the player capable of doing this? Well, they are using souls. As discussed in the illager and wither deep dives, souls can be converted into "soul energy" as long as you understand enough about them. Since the player doesn't know all that much, at least when compared to the evoker, all they can do with souls is summon ender from the end dimension (instead of you know, using it to summon vexes and the like). They do this by obtaining soul energy via experience from killing mobs and using it as a sort of offering/sacrifice. There is a caveat though, they must have obsidian because it is the only block strong enough to contain ender. We can see evidence for this with crying obsidian in ruined portals. They appear to have absorbed too much ender and "short circuited" as a result, thereby causing the ruined portals to deactivate. We can also see evidence for this with the obsidian pillars that hold the end crystals to heal the ender dragon, the people who built those pillars (probably the endermen) must have known that obsidian was the best block to harness ender. As such, it's pretty safe to say that obsidian serves the function I described it to. When the player takes advantage of it and harnesses ender through it, they can then use that energy in whatever way they please. Like enchanting tools and weapons to be faster, more durable, or to have magical properties. Nether portals also fit into this, although they are less complicated. Just the correct structure of obsidian along with some heat is enough to harness the ender necessary for the portal to activate. Which implies that obsidian is not only used to harness ender because it is durable, but also because it has some sort of innate connection to it (which is supported by its purplish texture). Moving on to the unknown variant of magic, this is a tricky one. It has something to do with the green texture found in ender pearls, eyes of ender, end portal frames, and the end portal itself. This green texture is very strange. It appears to have a deep connection to the end, but we have no hint as to how. Which is odd considering that as we discussed prior, the end appears to be related to the purple magic of ender, not this green texture. As such, my theory is that this green texture is in actuality connected to the skulk, not the end. The "end items" that have this green texture are not natural. They are similar to how the player uses an enchanting table by mixing the magic of ender with the magic of souls. In this case though, it is a mix between the magic of ender and the magic of skulk. But how could these two things ever mix? Well, as discussed in the endermen deep dive, the endermen are probably the ones who built the strongholds. Said strongholds are buried deep underground. And what else do we know is buried deep underground? The deep dark biome, home to the skulk. With that in mind, perhaps the endermen explored the deep dark biome and discovered the skulk. Realizing its potential they used some of their own magical ender essence within themselves and combined that with the skulk in an effort to create a way back home (which was eventually successful as seen with the eyes of ender and end portal frames). Although take this with a grain of salt, we still know very little about the skulk and mojang could have other plans. In any case that's my theory.

Gold is yellow and emerald is green, so a mix of it would be blue. Netherite is black, so it would blacken the ingot, making it dark blue. Also, there would be lines of black around the ingot since there would be more quantity of netherite than emerald and gold ( since netherite is gold and netherite scraps combined ). Imagine a dark blue ingot in the shape of an iron ingot, with black lines in it. I suggest to call it "Ethernite". Ether is simply pure energy, something grandly stored in the awakened emeralds. not suprised that my entry was not on here due to me not adding enough details and proof to it. but if any of yall wanna read it here it is: i like to think it's some kind of curse. you see before villagers were made there were originally pigmen that were going to be villagers but notch decided to scrap them and of course made the villagers, and what i think what happened lore wise was that the villagers decided to go to war with the pigmen and ultimately resulted in the victory with the villagers,the villagers would then employ the help of the witches to create the zombie plague and use that plague to infect the pigmen and and keep them stupid so they wouldn't gather up and attack. then down the road they would betray the villagers and start using the plague to make zombies to use against the villagers. and i also have a explanation for the pigmen turning back into there normal but primitive selves, so what i think is the most likely possibility is that some managed to escape being turned into a zombie and would go into the nether bringing supplies with them, now i didn't find any fermented spiders eyes in bastion loot tables BUT they do have golden apples so they might have found some other way to cure the plague without weakness potions, anyways they cure some of the pigmen and the results are piglins which are dumber versions of your normal everyday pigman and so large buildings called bastiosn are created to protected and make more of the cure but after a decade or more or less the pigmen die and all that are left is the piglins. now onto the last part on why the piglins cannot leave the nether, well my idea is that the witches put some kind of curse so whenever a piglin/pigmen came back to the overworld they would turn into a zombie pigman. now if there is any holes in my theory feel free to comment and if you want to add onto it feel free to comment aswell.

I have a theory about something very special. I think there was an old civilization before Builders and Endermen in the Nether. Indeed, in the Sool Biomes, there are some structures made of quartz (?) which represent what look like giant bones. Also, when you want to make netherite, you have to find some ancient debris deeply in the ground. If there are ancient debris under the floor, it means that there were buildings made by some people. And if they are under the floor, it's probably because netherrack fell and destroyed them. It can't be Builders because they probably used netherrack to build the nether forteress with the Endermen's help so they can't find ancient debris.

Bad Omen Revisited What if the bad omen effect doesn’t have anything to do with cats or chickens? Knights or important people used to have scribes or followers. If a Pillager captain was an important position, what if they had a secret follower too? My idea is that this illager would hide from most conflicts, and just watch from afar what happens to the captain. However, when the captain dies, this Secret Illager will be furious. The bad omen signals the secret illagers rage, as he will follow the player, waiting for the perfect opportunity. He can’t be seen or killed, but his presence is felt. When the player reaches a village, the place the secret illager will assume to be their home, it’ll attack. It blows a horn, signaling to its fellow illagers a fresh new location to raid. The only thing on the players mind when they hear that horn, however, is the fact that a boss bar with the word “Raid” is slowly filling up. The bad omen effect doesn’t cause a deadly poison like most debuffs. Rather, it’s the players fear that somewhere, something evil is watching them, and waiting for the chance to strike...

My personal theory for the origin of the nether wastes: Long before the player, the nether is vast stretches of volcanic areas, basalt deltas, and most commonly, the crimson forest, inhabited by piglins and hoglins. However, when the ancient builders come to the nether by constructing portals, some piglins would try to go through the portals in large groups in case of danger. Only to transform into zombies, the piglins on the other side are terrified to see zombies come back through, and would flee the areas the zombified piglins began inhabiting. The hoglins however, were far too frightened of the portals to go through, but were not scared of the zombified piglins. And now, in certain areas where many zombified piglins inhabit, the hoglins no longer have their natural predator, the piglins. They eat all the crimson fungi uncontested, causing trees to stop growing and for nylium to decay, and once there is no food left, they go away from the new wastelands to the crimson forest, where few zombified piglins live, and piglins still inhabit, restoring natural balance in those areas. The piglins do still come to these wastes occasionally as the lack of nylium makes gold ore far easier to find. The ancient builders now see these cleared out areas as great places to build their fortresses, as it keeps the hostile piglins away and no trees need to be cleared. If you like my theory I have a bit more speculative idea as to how the soul sand valley came too be. (:

On the third theory, I noticed that it’s not just the time since last death that was present, but also the time since last rest. The time was the same. This might be a stretch but maybe they’re connected. For example, maybe the player died in their sleep and the players journey after “spawning” is really just some near-death hallucination, or a transition to the afterlife. As I said, it’s a stretch, but it would explain why it’s not just time since last death being set to when you first load the world.

I always thought the player was a builder who came back to life somehow (like a zombie villager, but likely in a different way) and the recipe book being them regaining their memory's is a great addition to that!

Huge problem with the basis of the first theory: diamond dust is actually in a LOT of irl tools, and it makes them better! True it’s still a stretch to make them completely out of diamonds in MC, but it’s not a leap. Diamond tools make a lot of sense when you thing about it. I mean a lot of tools irl aren’t made directly of iron, steel is more common.

I almost mentioned that, but tbh this is a completely different scenario making a pickaxe out of just diamonds. It’s not some industrial-grade tool

The "Minecraft's final boss" theory is supported by the end poem, which states that when the game is over, the player wakes up from a dream and begins a new dream. This statement actually does not conflict your or even Matpat's theory. It can easily be possible that the entire minecraft lore is happening in a dream.

Quick theory, My little theory here is what if the Minecraft world is trapped in time? What if the builders were desperate to escape the wither, they tinkered with time to try undo there actions. But something went wrong, and all the builders are trapped or just out right gone, and the world was turned back in time, and the updates were like time slowly going forward again. This would explain how structures and mobs just appeared. Maybe the player somehow escaped the time trap and thats how they pop up into the world, and when you die time resets a tiny tiny bit. Its almost like the player was chosen to save the builders. I know there is a lot "plot" holes but this theory is just trying explain some game mechanics. Hope you all liked my theory, if you see this and would like to add to my theory or disprove it, feel free. (edit) this is a stretch (like my whole theory) but what if the final boss talked about in the video is some sort of being who can manipulate time and space its self.

The are some pretty big holes on the first theory but this one's probably the biggest; it's completely possible that emeralds are just too brittle as a material while diamonds are just not the same as the real counter part, diamond very obviously don't show any transparency in their texture at all, it's completely opaque and quite metallic actually as seen in their block form. As for them being too scarce to be a currency; 1.17 will change that as they are one of the most common ore in mountain biomes which are really big. And another thing about combining netherite, emerald ad gold; I do think people misunderstands that netherite by itself aren't actually as strong as people think, netherite tools are durable because of the diamond tool that the netherite is coating, note that upgrading a diamond tool to netherite only adds 200+ durability which is not much compared too diamonds which are 1000+, now I do think netherite by themselves are at least definitely stronger than iron but definitely not stonger than diamonds. (and the thing about netherite blocks being stronger than diamond blocks; that's most probably just old design remnants) The thing about the true final boss used something that is basically a bug and a mechanic that is far from being part of the world. The thing about the enchantments; one requirement there isn't actually accurate as Evokers don't actually make any incantations when summoning fangs or vexes, they on really say incantations when changing a sheep's color. The last parts are a bit too meta to being plausible, especially when all of those things that is supporting those theory are done solely either as a game mechanic or because of game limitations, though I do know what you did there. Overall; this is a pretty fun an engaging video to watch, makes me think something.

Something watches. Why is there always a fog? And why can't I see past it? This may or may not align with the 'Horrifying Discovery' theory. This thing, monitors the player and creates things around them. It keeps a fog around it, and it's home, it's dimension is way past the world border. We just can't see it because of the fog. What if it is the final boss? The player realises and tries getting to it. He succeeds, but something happens and it's reset. Something watches.

I have 2! How did Shulkers come to exist? Maybe the ancient players or Endermen discovered magic and possessed Purpur blocks, creating Shulkers, but they eventually turned against the players, creating the hostile version. Maybe the End wasn't immune to the infection after all... How much did the ancient builders really know about the properties of Redstone? Redstone is pretty common in the lower depths of the Overworld, so they probably didn't mine too much of it. The only naturally generating structure with Redstone is the jungle temple, which contains only rudimentary devices. So are more complicated items like daylight sensors and observers items from Minecraft's ancient past, or are they inventions of the Player themselves?

I know this is an older one, but if you’re ever looking for ideas for new videos I’d love to see a video like this again one day - whether that’s sharing some of the theories that didn’t make the cut for this video or even some of your own that you didn’t think constituted a longer video.

The chicken is definitely artificial. Don't you think it's odd that the chickens quack like ducks? The game even asked "Is it a chicken or a duck." sometimes when it loads(When I played bedrock) The game designers could have changed the sound to a cluck or change the name "Chicken to duck, like they did with zombie pigman. But they kept it the same. Now lets look at the cats. There are also wool statues of them in the villager mansions. Cats seem pretty normal, except...they can see players when they are invisible. Don't you think that is kind of random. There is a saying about cats always landing on their feet, which is why they take not fall damage, but no saying on cats eye sight. The illagers must see wool as a material capable of harrnessing magic very easily.
