I love how she has everything organized!!! It was nice her Dad helped her renovate her apartment. One thing that I liked was how the closets were so organized!! Loved how the closets had shelves for her things. Nice small apartment that's clean, organized and everything has it's own spot.

Why are they making this out to be an "odd" thing cause her apartment is a little smaller? Shes one person and even if it was more than just her there's nothing wrong with having a smaller space to call home. If you're happy living in a box all that matters is you're happy. I love her apartment!!

This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way she goes about her job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 40.5 million. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments.

Love it! I’m 66 and have slowly downsized so it’s not up to my kids to clean out when I die. I’m in a one bedroom apartment at 835 sq ft and I had thought this next year or two about a studio apartment and hers looks perfect. Wish I could find one like that.

I’m 71 and three years ago I moved to a one bedroom apartment of 496 sq feet in a nice area of my hometown, Stockholm. I just love my well organized space where I have all I need, less cleaning and more money left to go to the opera, concerts and other activities. Don’t hesitate to move to a smaller place when You get older, You won’t regnet it!

Smart young lady to have bought your own place vs losing all your money to the expensive T.O. rental market. You've made it work well for you. I agree with the other comment that a Murphy bed would be a great addition, and expand your space - especially for having friends over. Very nice walk-through. This is one of the best studio apartments I have ever seen and, thank you Dad for doing that closet for her because, that makes all the difference in the world .. your place is elegant it's bright it's decorated so pretty ..I wouldn't leave that place until you have too because, I got to tell you it's one of the best I've ever seen.. you should be so proud of how beautiful it looks and how inviting it is.. job well done!! 👍

The ONE thing that I think would have been perfect- convert the bed to a “Murphy Bed”! It could be hidden when not in use AND when it is up against the wall, it makes more room for you and guest!

I would put a sideboard along the bed. This would separate sleeping from working zone, give her extra storage for her working space, act as a night stand and wouldn't be overwhelming. Otherwise, the apartment is perfect.

I'm always wondering Landlords and sellers add such big appliances in small/studio apartments. Obviously one person doesn't need a full size refrigerator or stove.

Suggestion… you can find fabric you like and create a frame to fit over the electric panel and stretch the fabric over the frame. Easy art that covers the ugly panel.
