The creepiest part is seeing multiple dentist chairs beeing in the same room next to eachother. I dont wanna hear the misery of 2 or more other people having inspections or dental work done next to me. Thats so weird.

Think of all the business equipment , machines and personal belongings just left there. That dental xray machine alone is worth between $20.000 to $30.000 and its perfectly fine. Nothing inside those buildings is seriously contaminated and even if some of it has become since then, because of doors or windows left open, it could be easily cleaned and taken for further usage. But for legal reasons, people arent allowed to go back there and take anything. One wonders what sums the japanese government, Tepco all those and insurance companies paid to compensate all those business owners and private people. I mean entire towns are legally treated like a total loss. Just as if they got burned down to the ground. But in reality, its all still there. What a colossal waste.

Most places in the world are like this. Actually, it’s not even the places that it happens, it’s just the people who happen to stumble upon these locales. Some have respect while others don’t. There are also a lot of incredibly poor people in the world who will steal or take items to sell in order for the, to eat, feed their families, or have a roof over their heads. It doesn’t make it right, but it’s a reality that happens like it or not. One thing I will say though, is that you’ll see more of the aforementioned in areas which are known to be poorer or have higher crime rates. Japan isn’t one of them.
@MikeOxlong-
@MikeOxlong- 8 ай бұрын
Knowing what little I do about the people of Japan, I can’t foresee any owner of these places willingly leaving them in his condition and disarray if they or their families were physically able to return and clear things out. Not even for the medical supplies or equipment either (as much if not all of that would have been covered by insurance), but for patient records and any personal artifacts. It makes me wonder if these people suffered the worst of the events that took place… 🤷‍♂️ Edit: I wonder what could’ve possibly caused or been creating so much stench in that kitchen some 12 years after the fact?!?

I love the japanese mentality to respect others property... really amazing to see how complete and fully stocked the dentist clinics look after almost 12 years of being deserted! Don’t upvote the video unless you want to hurt the people affected by the disaster all over again. Just imagine your grandmother, affected by a massive disaster, lost her husband, living far away from home, alone, and then suddenly seeing this trespassing in her hometown and her own name in this video. You are hurting these people. As a Japanese dentist, I can’t tolerate his illegal acts. Not only was it trespassing on the dental clinics, but he also broadcasted patients’ personal information, violating the privacy law in Japan. The privacy law applies to those plaster models with the patients’ names on them as well since they can be unique identifiers. He should blur the entire video unless removes the video from KZbin immediately.
@MikeOxlong-
@MikeOxlong- 8 ай бұрын
I can understand some of your concerns and remarks, but the images contained in the video did have the personal info of the patients blurred out so I’m not sure what exactly it is you are getting at?
@user-cr1ss2wu2e
@user-cr1ss2wu2e 8 ай бұрын
@@MikeOxlong- (I initially provided timestamps here) The characters written on the plaster models are not some scribbles; they are patient's names. The health records are not entirely blurred either. The footage is still broadcasting patients' names and their insurance numbers. Blurring these parts doesn't justify the trespassing, though. Edit: I deleted the timestamps to prevent potential misuse of the info.

As a Japanese dentist, I found the video offensive. Did you get permission to come in? Isn’t it trespassing? You even exposed patients’ names with their personal info to the entire world, which is against the law in Japan. Do you realize most of the patients are still alive and evacuated? Have some respect.
