The mall died due to the high rates they charged the store owners, without almost any people to rent out the spots the collapse was inevitable at the end only 29 stores were open so there was little customer traffic inside, ofc without revenue soon mall administration went bankrupt. .. no one in the area was surprised to see it closed. Also, the store owners never retrieved their stuff since they were told that some investors were interested in the mall but that never happened but they are still paying IMT (property tax) but can't go inside. The abandoned mall with poor to none lighting reminds me of Escape from Tarkov xD

OMG I do not believe. Seeing this mall makes me cry. I saw the best and worst of this shopping center, I never thought it was in this state nowadays. It had movie theaters, which closed long before all that, Macdonalds was the biggest upstairs upstairs on the right, it had a bowling alley and two gaming floors behind some stores on the 1st floor. that closed there nowadays, the owners opened in the street. And others never again. A sadness. Congratulations on your videos

In order for malls to survive and thrive they need to be by a busy highway and also has to be sounded by a big residential area, and lastly it needs to have other strong retail and businesses, restaurants around the parameter of the mall. I have 2 malls close to me that had this and they are thriving. A third mall didn't have this and the mall did not thrive and is now closed and demolished.
@DaveD24888 ай бұрын
