I recommend box jumps and its variations, really great for developing explosiveness and you could also try some explosive versions of squats or deadlifts

Those box jumps are not to be done when fatigued. Impressive focus.

Do you do plyometrics? Or this workout counts as a lowerbody and plyometrics all in one?

The box jumps would fall under plyo. Everything else is strictly strength and power training
