Embrace the larp brother. If you’re looking for something comfortable and easy to get started i recommend any of VFC’s current GBB AR models. Like XE would say you might as well just spend the extra money up front and go all in on a good gun than spend time and money trying to get a KWA or WE to work. Even though they are cheaper on paper you get what you pay for.

For optics (IK 3 months late lol) from my time shooting an MP5 (clone) and borrowing/trying out optics from friends, i've found that a good optic to use that's similar to the C-more, but a bit more retro , is the Elbit falcon MK-ii (you prob know it as the red dot from Black Ops 1), you can find some in the US and Canada and they arent *too* expensive at least not when compared to other retro red dots like older collectors grade Aimpoints. They have a similar profile to the C-more but with a more rugged frame and a deeper tint to the lense.

@fjjwfp781910 ай бұрын
Bolt is too heavy, recoil is strong but can break back plate. Poor bolt catch design resulting in "stutter" in full auto where the heavy recoil bounces the bolt catch up and stops the bolt unintendedly. This can be seen in almost every review of the gun on youtube where full auto is shown. The steel bolt catch also wears away the unreinforced pot metal bolt. A better designed bolt catch and a lighter aluminium bolt with proper reinforcement around the bolt catch area will fix this. Magazine release is pot metal and so is the mag itself, which has paint that will peel away after some time. Both are poorly designed. The magazine is super heavy, and coupled with the weak material and poorly designed mag release, overtime this can cause mags to fall out when the gun is fired, and the magazines own weight will ensure it breaks upon impact. A better designed steel/higher grade aluminium mag release and preferably lightweight aluminium magazines would be a fix for this. The heavy recoil coupled with lazy design on the rear body pins means they walk out as you shoot, perhaps increasing chances of back plate breakage. They only have 2 easily ripped orings to prevent walking instead of spring clips like the real steel. The stock rods are made of machined aluminium but are very soft, and the heavy recoil (again) means the pot metal zinc stock latch will break. A steel replacement is available but this will wear down on the aluminium rods instead, so you're better off swapping the rods with steel parts too. There is no steel replacement for the stock disassembly latch, however. With that said though every fire control group part except the valve knocker are made of steel, and externally the gun is very realistic, except the all zinc alloy metal parts like the safety, bolt release and mag release. The butt pad is hard plastic instead of rubber like the real steel but this can be replaced. All of the above are problems ive personally experienced with this platform (the V2) before realising it's got too many problems that I can't really fix myself, so I sold it. Hopefully VFC makes a V3 that addresses these problems (especially the bolt catch and mag release issues) with all steel externals, but that's unlikely to come any time soon.
@opairsoft810010 ай бұрын
@@fjjwfp7819 the bolt catch isn’t what cause the stuttering and the mag shell won’t break if it drops out of the gun…also the rear pins don’t walk out due to recoil… If the minimal issues the vfc mp7 has is too much for you, gbbr’s aren’t for you
@Huma27049010 ай бұрын
Nice video! About the magazines, VFC might have change a bit the magazines for the new ones. I have preordered the SD3 from WCG and I also bought a few mags from Redwolf and the magazines doesn't have the valve sticking out from the body frame as the ones in the video look like wo even if you push them together you wont press the valve.

@aaron482010 ай бұрын
Is it hard to import? I live in Europe as well but have never bought a GBB locally because no one ever stocks them, buying from HK / Taiwan seem pretty straight forward.
@Lumpy_Strohhut10 ай бұрын
oh yes it is very hard@@aaron4820 first you need a gun import license, as theese toys fall under our gun laws. then it is only allowed to do Semi so the trigger unit needs to be semi only.... impossible to be modified into full auto. then after importing it with a bigger shop, you have to pay the import taxes. but not only that, after this it has to go to a special german Government office where it will be checked for the comliance in every gun law. wich costs 200€ and can take up to 4 months. i would say its is really hrad.
