This is a simple matter. Report him to the General Medical Council. All you need is his First and Surname. The GMC has a record of all doctors registered on their register. Go on the GMC website, input the full names on the register. Make a compliant to the GMC. The GMC will investigate the matter.

The others in the chain of middlemen will not pay. This Doctor was, however, a friend, so he has used his money to pay you as much as he could. We need to find the primary culprits.

Nigeria has three main consulates throughout this country. The story of bribery and corruption is the same, maybe even higher.
