Well masasabi ko di madali ang chat Support in a way na you're handling 3-5 chats at a time. Tapos ang pinaka iingatan is magkamali magkabaliktad ang information baka ma send sa isang customer and it happened to me. Good thing close kami ng TL ko kaya tinwagan nalang agad kasi natapos na ang process sa product replacement and thank God na mabait ang customer kasi hindi pala sya qualified sa replacement dahil out of warranty na sya. Grabe. Pero ang msya pwde ka makipag marites sa katabi ksi nga chat lang.😂

Parang voice din naman ang Live Chat Support, pagkakaiba lang is isinusulat yung mga dapat sabihin instead na magsasalita ka. Tapos usually 3 chats yung sabay-sabay mong sasagutin. Minsan may makaka chat ka pa na tipong 100wpm mag type😂, nakaka tense kahit pa sabihing may mga canned messages naman. Syempre di naman lahat ng inquiry pare pareho, kailangan mo pa ding i-personalize. Lalo na financial account pa ng one of the biggest banks in the US, madaming racist minsan. 😅

3-5 chat at 1 email at the same time lalo na pag may big events. Some BPO does not credit chat. Good thing, blended ung previous account na handle ko.

Just try. Do good sa interview mo. Ako may nakasama sa interview graduate ng lasalle d nakapasa. Ako na undergraduate pa yung nakuha hahhaha. Wag kang kabahan sa interview. Be confident lg at dapat straight forward yung sagot mo sa nag iinterview. Goodluck!
