I' have a ordinary type leisure battery on a split charge system can I just change the old type battery over for a lithium one or will I have to change the charging set up as well

@@neilgreensill2614 cheers chap, if you have the conventional (normal style) split charge relay, I would say its advised to change that to a dc/dc charger as it accepts the charge more and can work more efficiently in charging the lithium type battery. It doesn't have to be an expensive one. Victron solar charger is the one people go for, and I would advise to keep away from the £15 ones off ebay. I think the blue victron ones are around £90
