Im a big fan of giving the wedding party a specific color to get that goes with the theme but letting them pick the dress themselves. It’s still matchy matchy but lets them choose something they’re comfortable with and could wear after the wedding

I did that for my wedding. They got particular about what colors they wanted that someone else wanted too. Then it came down to no one getting things in their agreed colors. It depends on the dynamic of your wedding party I’ve found lol

my best friend did this too, but she kinda had to bc she had two women and two men in her bridal party and the two women (me as MOH + one other bridesmaid) have VASTLY different body types. she just told us to all go with either emerald or forest green. it looked really cute and coordinated still!

Our wedding is kind of spooky-ooky fairy tea party themed, and as guest favors we thrifted a TON of special little trinkets like silver candle trays, jeweled boxes, wooden chalices, nice costume jewelry, small spells in a jar, carnival glass etc. for everybody to pick from as it calls to them! I’m really excited to see how that goes.

Wow your ideas are all so cute! I’m getting married in the spring and I’ve really enjoyed making and designing stuff for the wedding. We thrifted a bunch of mismatched plates and I think the different colors and patterns are all really fun together. It’s really fun to see another person with creative and colorful design ideas because so many weddings looks very traditional. Also buffet is the way to go for sure! Everyone gets enough food and the wait is usually much shorter.

A wedding we went to recently had like music bingo, and they played snippets of songs and people would mark it down if their songs played. Then it used bingo rules, like one line, full house etc, and the winners got a giftcard. Was actually very fun in between stuff at the wedding!

It’s a palette of light and dark colours (an oldish Cardcaptor Sakura lip palette but u can find similar ones around) that I pat on in a gradient and then top with a ColourPop glittery lipgloss, this one was from their last Hocus Pocus collab!! 😈💕💖

A huge project but also super cool and sustainable option for confetti is like if you take like a hole punch and you get like leaves and stuff like already things that are of nature and you just get it to the size that you want

My mom did some crafting to make the wedding cheaper for herself. We were still modifying the dresses the day of the wedding and arrived late due to this. Good luck and well wishes to you. I recommend going big if you make paper flowers. I made giant paper roses for my wedding and they were worth the hot glue burns and the struggle to fit them in the car. These things are viewed at a distance so going big can have a better impact. For small flowers you'd need sooooooo many
