I bought a full lace wig from them, it was the worst thing I’ve ever purchased in my life! The thing was out of the bag matted on the roots (by the lace), it never even came on a box, but whatever. The wig was the most important thing for me, so... after seeing the matted hair, I contacted them, they told me to wash wig and use conditioner to soften it out. I went ahead and did what they told me. The wig started shedding like no one’s business! I took pictures to sent to them, they said I shouldnt brush hair when it’s wet. Like, this is not my first time buying wigs, ok? I didnt brush the hair, it was falling out in clumps when I was running my hands through it. Then, when it was dry, I tried to untangle the roots of the dang wig, but it wasnt possible! contacted them after that, with pictures and everything, but they ignored me completely!

don't order from them. it's not even the hair it's the customer service for me. i didn't like the look of a bundle they sent me (this is after I had bought 3 bundle and closure combo mind you so it's not like I was just asking for money back for one random order). I said hey I don't like the look of the ends on this I'd like to exercise your 30 day no questions asked return/refund please and thank you . they said there's nothing wrong with it. no. I said excuse me? then they said fine you ship it back on your dime and then we might accept it if not we can refuse it. I'm like What???? so you gonna take the bundle back AND not give me back my money??? DON'T BUY FROM THEM. They will rob you at every turn.

I got mine in the mail today and let's just say ... It's looking thin. I got a 18" inch wig w/ a 6x6 closure & 180% density. Now I'm not an expert on wigs but like is it normal that I'm able to see through the cap when I hold it up to the light? Asking for a friend!

Nooo ma’am! It should be nothing thin about a 180 density wig... now you should be able to see through the lace for sure but not the hair.

OlayLex HORRIBLE IT TOOK ME TO WRITE ON ANY PAGE THAT HAD THEY HAIR TO LET OTHERS KNOW THEY WILL TRY TO NOT REFUND YOU. Until you “slander their brand” they will do something. I ordered a closure 22 inch HORRIBLE! So many short hairs no parting lumps in the lace. I can go on & on! After sending it back to FedEx I reached out to them dozens of times they only replied letting e know the shipping cost was “too high”. Girl it will be a novel! Long story short u gotta get yoir point heard to get results. I wish i could post photos cause im telling you youd been pissed. I ordered that hair April 17th sent it back and im just now getting begged to remove my comments cause they now proccessed my refund. Send me your facebook or email && ill show proof!

Their hair is trash now not the hair itself but the longer you get it's thinner so 30 inches will have strands of 30" and full 26 Inches is actually what you'll get after you cut them 30" strands but hair it self is good they going down hill the more popular that get
