They dont get washed or retagged. If they are returned without a tag or where visibly worn we throw them out. So technically you could be buying used undies lol that's why you have to wash EVERYTHING after buying it! Especially after valentine's day cause you would be surprised how many lingerie returns there are lol - ex VS manager

I actually used to work there. We never put back used pantys we put them in a box and at the end of the day we take them out and ship them back to the company but if they look noticeably worn we throw them out

If you go to a store that doesn’t have the free gift in stock you can call the customer service number and let them know that your store didn’t have the free gift or you spend “x” amount of money and didn’t receive it and they will send it to your house. My mom does it a lot because our nearest PINK store is always running out of the gifts.

I hope y’all realize that it’s always while supplies last in store, that’s in the fine print.If you order online, the warehouse has a larger supply of the free item. You also have to spend the dollar amount needed to get the free item, and that dollar amount has to be spent even after coupons.

They honestly are really strict if for example I had a relative come in and they wanted to buy something and I put in my personal employee number it would tell in the system that someone rang up themselves because technically you are because you're under your own fingerprint when you ring up people and it can tell I'm pretty sure the managers can see which number was entered but from our side the cashier side it only shows the amount of personal ring up's and that's how you know someone would use their number but then again it's 20% which is basically a gold for a customer

I work at Victoria’s Secret/Pink. Our store is combined. When panties are returned we do check to see if they’re safe to put back on the floor but if they are used or tags are off we need to damage them because some customers do return them sadly. All we can do is give best customer service and be nice. Best way to explain is.... we do accept return panties if they’re an ok standard but we still have to check if they’re okay to go back on the floor. If not they need to be damaged.

I worked for Victoria secret for 2 years and my heart would break everytime we had to damage an item that was even the slightest bit used or damaged it could be that the shirt had a loose thread or bra had a little stain we would have to put it in the damaged bin and literally get a pair of scissors and cut all those items in little pieces so people won't get them from the dumpsters and steal them honestly that was one of the main things that got me upset because we could have donated those items I I hated when my managers would tell me to cut the damaged items it broke my heart.

I used to work at PINK and the 30% employee discount applies to stuff at PINK, Victoria's Secret, & Bath and Body Works, for the free gifts, they do go on for a couple of days but the stock is limited and it usually runs out the first day.

I’m super late BUT I work at pink and if you have your app you can actually stack the coupons! Unless told otherwise in the app lol like if you have a free panty coupon and a free gift with a purchase or a item on discount, you can use all of them at once! :)

I work at pink lol the panties part, YES we do put them back ONLY when they have the tags and look unused or unworn lol if they look used or have stains we do throw them out. The reason you couldn’t be gifted the damaged items is because we have to bag them, label them and put it into the system 😂 the pink app is perfect for discounts and free panties or gifts! I always tell customers about it lol and nooo we cannot give discounts we will get fired if we do it, Only our spouses can get discounts lol some free gifts are only while supplies last! And you cannot use the coupon twice either 😂 the Friday sale isn’t true 😂 we have sales all the time even if it’s little sales but it’s everyday not just fridays lol I hope this helped you out and answered some questions you may have lol

Employee discount for pink and VS and Bath and body works (given that they are all owned by the same company) only work on full-price items and not any sales or promotions. Also, a manager has to put in their number for the employee discount to work, because when employees shop they have to be checked out by a manager and not another employee!

Hey Mar! I've been watching all your hacks for so many places! Its so entertaining! I've been working in Retail for 2 yrs now while in school and omg I usually give my discount to nice customers (of course not over exceeding) and i never got in trouble. I just switch with cashiers and let them know they get my discount just because. And nobody had a problem with it.! We are all nice at my store. Everyone else in VS/Pink are like most Sephora employees ..sorry but not sorry, are straight up snobs they think they own the store. Its mosty employees personal choice and those who don't share their discount are really rude or lame! Lol i asked a lady at the Disney store for a discount because I was already buying a few shirts (regular price) and she said "sorry no only our spouses or friends" so i laughed in her face in shock of how rude she said it....don't be embarrassed Mar! Theres just some rude employees that are ONLY nice with providing customer service but not too nice at the register with a little discount help of 10%-15% like cmon haha 😂

I am a former Victoria’s Secret/ Pink employee. Whenever someone returns underwear, the only ones that go back on the floor are the ones that havent been worn and washed and still have the tags on. The ones that are washed not even worn and the ones that are worn are wrapped in plastic and damaged out. We were never allowed to give out damaged bra/panty/beauty stuff at discounted rate or for free. Also we were not allowed to share our discount with family except for kids or partner. The employee transactions were always done by a member of the management team, so there isn’t a chance that an employee can share it with you. Sorry you had to go through all the anxiety !!

Maggie Rose it depends. the app has offers for everyone (ex. free panty coupon, free bag with $75 purchase, 2/$74 deals etc) so if you go during a time there’s a free item coupon then yes but you never get a free item just for having the app downloaded

Employees would get fired for giving out their discount if they were caught doing it, because it's technically stealing. So it's up to the person you ask, and if they're willing to do that. Every time theres an employee discount, they're told that info, so it's really up to them.
