Male models spend hours in the gym working on their appearance, paying professional photographers, and posing in front of cameras. Yet women make 3 times the amount that men make for the same job. We need allies to fight this injustice. The only way is for the successful female onlyfans celebrities and models to donate their millions to the men that struggle every day in the world of fashion. There is FJB (F Joe Biden). Now we have FMA (F Malika Andrews) she is that bad! Mcgrady has to lie, “the skill level is off the chart”. No one honestly thinks that. All the current, and former NBA players should ban together and tell them the truth, it’s less quality than REC league basketball. They have the solution to possibly making it watchable for some, lowering the rim; if the females don’t like it, then nba players should quit talking like there is a problem. @@Munchie28 Unfortunately the WNBA has never been profitable they've lost money every year, in fact the NBA subsidises them somewhere around 10 million a year (if I remember correctly). funny thing is it's mostly men who go to the games not women. I'll admit that they do turn people off with their sense of entitlement. The truth is it's their job to build their brand, increase viewership and get @sses in seats the same as the men had to do in the NBA but listening to them talk it sounds like they wanna be handed things. I'm calling it "selective equality" in that 26 years in, the NBA wasn't profitable and most of the players worked jobs in the off season....(there was no european league to supplement income) but these women think they should be paid on par with the NBA by a league that's never turned a profit (how do you get profit sharing when there's no profit to share). A league that they continuously take potshots at without whom they wouldn't exist. First thing they need to do is stop comparing themselves to the NBA it's not the same game! Name me one business that (besides the WNBA) that's lost money for 27 straight years and is still operating??? Second here's where that whole equality thing comes into play; they need to BUILD their own league the same as the men did instead of asking for more handouts. You can't only be equal when it's convenient.......

Adopt the NBA playoff format 4. Create an international series between WNBA and overseas players 5. Lower the rims to 9.5 feet

And to Further Your Point, the WNBA made the Mistake of: Fielding Teams in "Multiple Pro Team Towns, where it's too Crowded to take on a WNBA Team & sell out huge Arenas leading to Massive Debt, instead of Creating Clubs in College Markets that are Financially Sound w/ Great Facilities An Example would be Colorado, do it Outside of DENVER w/ 3 Pro Teams and go: Boulder or CSU (Colorado State) Do Albany instead of Syracuse for a 2nd NY Team; the Carrier Dome is too big / risky to Sell out and/ or Use Mid-Majors nearby in: RI, Maine & so on Another Example is; Oklahoma & Kansas; Put teams in: Wichita @ Wichita State w/ "selected" Away Home Games @ (K. State) and /or Kansas in Manhattan & Lawrenceville Stillwater (Okla St) and / or Norman (Oklahoma U) w/ a Away Home Game or two and / or Playoffs @ the non-WNBA city You can Duplicate that Enough times to easily w/ o Debt Risk to: Expand the WNBA to 20 Teams and have 16 to 20 more for a: LEAGUE 2 w/ a Championship of their own and to Your Point, create a Cup Tournament before the Playoffs within the League and / or a: Super Cup vs the WNBA in Addition to figuring out a Time Frame for a WORLD CLUB CUP vs Europe you suggested, & maybe toss in the Australian League, Along with... A Soccer-Style Promotion / Relegation System, with: PROMOTION for: The Top 2 League 2 Teams, and RELEGATION for: the Bottom 2 WNBA Teams (19 & 20)

I think Adam Silver should shut the WNBA down by pulling the funding. But then he would be labeled a sexist and a h0m0phobe. This issue is not about “oppression.” The men in the NBA haven’t done anything to the WNBA besides pay their bills and fund their salaries. They sound like a bunch of ungrateful B*chz to me. They’re not likable. They’re not relatable, and most of them hate men! I don’t feel sorry for them. They are the same chicks who go around telling young girls that they can do anything a male can do, yet here they are BEGGING for more charity! Fire the commissioner and get someone in there with vision. I really don’t think women’s basketball will ever be successful because no one wants to watch those women play. They’re trying to do what men do, only doing it about 1/10 as well.

YES you're playing basektball to dunk 7:35 the NBA was on the verge of bankruptcy in 1979. One man named Dr. Jerry Buss bought the Lakers and decided that basketball is a part of the SHOW BUSINESS as any other medium for entertainment (movies, music, etc). This transition to showmanship is what saved the NBA. The ABA, an old rival to the NBA, died for being too boring. Understand what market you are in!
@AdamB34 Жыл бұрын
To be fair though part of the reason it was on the verge of bankruptcy is because only two or three teams were ever good and they were in big cities so roughly 90% of the country knew their local team couldn't compete with the big city teams in New York, L.A or Boston. Once revenue sharing became a thing and every team had the money to spend on good players the league took off and more than just LA and Boston could afford good players

I think Tracy had the best suggestion about lowering the rim. The basketball is already smaller than men’s basketball. There aren’t as many tall women in WNBA as NBA. The average vertical leap of women is no where near that of NBA players. Tracy was spot on with his suggestion. What does the WNBA have to lose if they try it? McGregor sold 1.2 million for UFC 194. The point is, we will watch women's sports if they are good. Just in 2015-2016 Rousey and Amanda Nunes sold about 4.3million ppvs across 4 events. The WNba acts like the NBA didn't struggle in the early conception of the league with no other league pouring money into it. I thought it's about the love of the game and the love of their fellow women.
@mikel9735 Жыл бұрын
The WNBA has talent and potential. They need to listen to Gil Arenas and modify the rules, speed it up, increase scoring, and make it better TV product. They should work on utilizing social media as well so fans learn to love the personalities. If NCAA women's can generate profits, so can the WNBA. But, their players and representatives seem ignorant of basic economics especially considering they are college graduates. How can you share revenues if you aren't generating any?
@AdamB34 Жыл бұрын
Revenue and profit are different. They generate revenue they just do not generate profit. Also... bro, they've been using social media and promoting the wnba right alongside the nba for decades. Nobody cares. Also, much like 90% of sports in the NCAA women's basketball loses money at most schools and the school's sports programs are almost exclusively funded using money from the football teams and the men's basketball teams. Plus, in college people generally just watch because they love the school. They have built in fan bases that have been around hundreds of years. The wnba doesn't really have a single team that has a built in fan base because nobody cares about the sport in general. It's a horrible product. In the ncaa they can sell the Tennessee vs UCONN rivalry or the Duke vs North Carolina rivalry but in the wnba there's none of that because nobody cares about the Sparks vs the Lynx or whatever.

WNBA needs to accept more compromise (as they already do so with smaller balls, three-point lines and whatnot) by lowering the damn rim already. Let dunks be part of the game.
