This doesn’t have anything to do with Dave McMenamin but there’s also a source behind the scenes, pulling Malika Andrews strings. Someone at ESPN is definitely feels the same way she does and they’re at fault also for allowing such comments. Some people will use anything to obtain status like Malika Andrews.

@@MJ-hg1mk Exactly. Complaining about her while giving her more views is not the way. Espn don't care about ethics, they care about views which =$$$. Plus ESPN definitely has some anti black policy and person running the show, hence the reason why all their analysts refrain from talking about white athletes who commit crimes and put alot of attention on the crimes of black athletes.

Malika put in work, got it from the mud, and paid her dues to sit in her seat. She’s a young women and being young we’ve all made mistakes and said things we probably shouldn’t have. I think black people have a problem with press for misbehavior. It’s not ok to give someone a gun to kill somebody, it’s not ok to beat your wife, doesn’t matter if you’re black or white. I think we as black people bass in the moment for praise for great things and run from or dislike comments said against us in negative manners. Push on Malika and welcome to the family Dave.

What Rachel Nichols said wasn’t wrong 😑 or racist. Maria Taylor was being considered for a new contract with ESPN at the time was because she was a black 👩🏾. Several black women in years prior had been let go. Maria had showed potential and ESPN needed to fill the quota. But instead the woke crowd “felt” her comments (though were supposed to be confidential 🤫) were racially fueled and Rachel got released. As for Malika she is terrible! Why does she feel the need to disrespect black male athletes and tv personalities? The answer being because she knows she can get away with it and monetize it. Her dating Dave McMenamen really won’t help her career much.
