I have similar issue. My work permit got approved and visa stamping is also done. But right now I am 8 month pregnant and can not travel. My questions is, How can I bring my infant baby with me? How fast I can get a visa for a baby, or it will take same time as it takes for dependent visa process? Is there any different process for infant? Can I bring my husband along with me to support me? or I have to reach Canada first and then only after starting my job I can apply for Spouse Open Work Permit? My elder daughter is 5 years old, Is there any way I can apply for 3 of them from India only and travel together to Canada? Thank you.

Hello Mam, Me and my wife have received Passport request on Aug 2nd 2022. We have 30 days until we submit our passports. But my wife is 6 months pregnant and due date is 18 Oct 2022. We are from New Delhi, India. My wife is the main applicant. My questions are: 1. should we send our passports to VFS Canada (Delhi) right away and update IRCC about our pregnancy Via the webform or 2. should we just send the passports without submitting any webform about pregnancy. I am also confused because my wife mentioned that she was pregnant in the month of July 2022 and the doctors also updated the info on our re-medicals. IRCC would know that already. Please let me know what should we do because we only have 30 days to take action. Thank You Gracious Gomes

Which webform number to raise to inform ircc about the pregnancy? You repeatedly said to contact immigration. How to do that actually? Is there a contact number? Can you share it here please? thank you in advance

Thank you for the advice, you did answer my particular use case where my wife and I found out that we are expecting a kid, after we got our ITA, as joint applicants. If we agree to put our medical on hold until the child is born, we will run out of the 90 days period to process the ITA. Will this not be an issue ? Will I have to decline my ITA and then re-apply for express entry after the child is born ?

In other words, what happens if my spouse gives birth or about to giving birth during the immigration application?

What happened in your case? I have also completed upfront medicals, biometrics and awaiting PPR. What if I get pregnant now? Is there a chance to travel?

@@kamalpreetkaurbhullar7037 just submit a web form with the details about the baby. It won't impact the PR process.
