I've had two major breakthroughs in singing progress in the past couple weeks watching your videos, I have a feeling this will be the 3rd after I give this a proper try ^^ ( neighbors I am sorry, I've done everything to soundproof my closet )

hi! Just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos… Every time I watch one I feel like I’m going to a university level class. Also, I re-watch a lot of your videos and I know which ones I watched based on your outfits, they are so cute and memorable! Thanks again for all that you do 🧡

This is great! Had a song to practise this morning with a lot of falsetto, often after doing a lot of falsetto my throat feels rough. But it feels fine now after using this as a warm up. Thanks for sharing your expertise!

I just found your videos for the first time today. I am so glad that I found this one secondly. When you started to go into the really high tones, I started to crack up laughing. That is such a funny exercise.

Sometimes I always try and keep myself more relaxed as possible for whenever I’m trying to do my vocal warm ups but other times I keep being more told to relax my jaw and tongue for whenever I have to do something

Hi Madeleine! I wanted to ask if you could do a video of singers that have shown bad singing techniques? I hear a lot about Idina Menzel and although I hear strain in her voice, I don't know what she is doing exactly technique-wise that is damaging. Would love to hear insight from you. Thanks!

Has anyone else tried clicking the link for the skillshare course and had issues with it? When I click the link it takes me to a page where I can sign up for the course. When I click the button to sign up it loops me back to the same page.

I have a low voice, and after a few hours of talking, my neck lymph nodes start to hurt. Should I try to speak higher than my natural speaking range?
@cette.fille_anu2 жыл бұрын
Yeah same as me..... please sometimes say that you sing good but your voice is less audible....and sometimes they say you're silent singer
@hanhdoan91012 жыл бұрын
It is best to speak in your head voice as much as possible. Speaking from your throat or chest voice much will cause strain

Very helpful, I have been doing this but not quite understanding what to do with my tongue when i change to the next note.thanks for the clarity. Only question, is what do i do to clear the phlegm (or cracking)in that upper range of mine around C5, more or less. I am a male tenor, I hope to be the best I can!
