Hey Sam and Josh, at some point, would you mind touching on how to prepare multiple services or sermons in a week? If you spend 12-16 hours a week in sermon prep, is that just for Sunday morning, or does that include prepping for Wed or Sun nights? Do you repurpose or reorganize content for Wed or Sun nights or do something entirely different? Thanks!

some of the best pastors are in there 60's and 70's. So younger is wiser and better? We need younger folks to come up. But longevity depends on the person. Best retirement age for SS is not 65 but 67. So you are asking pastors to take a cut in retirement? There is nothing Biblical about asking pastors to step aside at 60 or 65. I believe Moses and Joshua were well past 70 when they began their ministry.
