@@ShadowFiend777 no, but close the theory is the warden of the Bikini Bottom jail has been plotting his revenge against Mrs. Puff for letting a student get their license when they didn’t deserve it, much like in this episode. The theory goes on to say that after the events of “No Free Rides,” the warden agreed to release Mrs. Puff under the condition that she MUST teach Spongebob; if she doesn’t, she will sent back to jail, however, she likes being in jail due to the fact she wouldn’t be near Spongebob. This does not punish her enough, in the warden’s eyes, so he increases Mrs. Puff’s torment by making sure she is stuck teaching Spongebob (even if he has to imprison anyone Mrs. Puff has romantic feelings for {i.e. Mr. Krabs in the episode “Krabs vs Plankton”}). but this raises a question: what about if Mrs. Puff gets fired from her job or tries to kill Spongebob? The police force in Bikini Bottom have arrested her for any reason, such as being responsible for Spongebob destroying the city on multiple occassions; however, no punishment has surfaced when she was temporarily fired, had another student teach Spongebob, or even when she had Spongebob compete in a demolition derby in hopes of killing him…even resortng to doing the deed herself!
