Ingredients:-
750 g chicken
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp yogurt
1 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp heaped ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp heaped semolina
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp corn flour or Ararot
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chill flakes ( crushed chillies )
1 1/2 tsp chat masala powder
Oil for frying
