Extra large radius cut.

We need a 7361mm radius for arched headed frame. Adjusted the benches and made an oversized trammel.

Not seen it done like that , we make patterns then pin on roughly cut on bandsaw and use the ring fence on spindle to flush to patten

I need to make a template with an eighteen foot radius for an arch. Interesting.... It looks like you joined two pieces of particleboard to get your length. How did you join them together?
