You must be thinking of someone else. Adams made NYC a sanctuary city and they're now overrun with migrant crime and costs. Adams endorsed Biden then 24 hours later he endorsed Harris. Phil Banks is an undicted co conspirator from a previous corruption probe. Instead of laying low, he accepts another high visibility position and within a year he's jammed up again. Adams made all those appointments. While I'm no fan of the feds, it's clear Adams brought all this upon himself.
