Completely overshadowed by the fact that if you're shot in a ballistic vest you're not getting up and fighting INSTANTLY, especially if you're shot 3 times at point blank in the same spot. Maybe after 30 seconds to a minute you can get up and try do something but you'll be in extreme pain.

Tip/criticism, if you're in a hand to hand fight with armoured opponents, put your barrel into their armpit. Lots of juicy vital organs behind there. Neck and collar are usually unarmoured too and don't give them any chance to manipulate your weapon.

This sequence was better than anything in all 3 of the John wick movies. And I absolutely love the the John wick movies and how their sequences were shot. But this is just a level above. This is up there with the single shot sequence from old boy and the one from children of men. Simultaneously brutal and beautiful. It's like a ballet with guns instead of tutus. It goes so far beyond the actors and stunt people executing perfect choreography. Every squib from every shot had to be perfect. The person operating the camera has to execute perfect pacing and insanely precise pathing as he moved with the action. All while operating what is probably a very large and complicated camera and keeping everything perfectly in frame. One split-second mistake would be all it would take and he would lose Hemsworth out of frame at that speed and the shit would be ruined.

This movie may have the most exemplary action scenes in recent memory. Cover is taken, Bullet counts matter, body armor does something and the choreography is still sublimely coordinated. The points being hit are roughly similar to John Wick but far more chaotic - very fitting for a combat scenario.

Well I only see surprisingly, overly, completely dumb "special forces" that come out of camera without any logical criteria. First one doesnt check room on the left, then the other 2 where in a corner not covering using the angle at all and aiming FORWARD, with a 3rd showing without absolutely doing anything and a 4th one coming f*** melee. No, its not good at all, I can understand people enjoy it but if movie directors knew a little of how fireguns work things would be very very different.

@@cosmosequation6672 I'm unsure about the gun model but it's definitely a glock, could be anything from the glock family tree AND in that family some glocks can hold well above 20 rounds, and around at 1:34 he's switching to a pistol he gets from the officer he's killing. I'm pretty sure it's realistic at this point, might not be a glock 17 but it's a glock and it could hold more than 20+
