I'm a Realtor in Michigan as well as Broker in Florida. I've used Sasha many times! His work along with that of his employees is always top notch. Hes always been on time with excellent communication. The turn around time he provides is absolutely incredible! When he sends you pics, hes not sending you his entire SD card of crap like ive had in the past. Hes hand picking between 20-40 images in drop box that are high quality and showcase every room. What ive learned from Sash is that not every room needs every angle. most people shopping dont want to click through 60 photos of a 2000sqft home. His reel filming is great too. I like how it always appears in one continuous shot. He knows what works on camera and video. I'm extremely happy that this is an interview with him and his business is doing so well. I'm absolutely not surprised.

I liked and subscribed immediately. Being in Seattle, I've just begun my launch of drone footage for HVAC Mechanical Projects. I'm a PM and work on top of buildings and HVAC equipment. I am getting huge responses and great reactions from my footage. You inspire me to look at this as a living. I have a DJI Mini Pro 4 and it seems to take great shots. You are an inspiration and indeed, there is enough work for all of us in the industry... Cheers Mate!

Thanks so much for the video. I started photography 2 years ago with youth sports, I snagged an amazing job filming boats for a big KZbin channel with my drone and a camera tripod. Trying to fill in the gaps a little lost because weather and equipment issues can stall out income. Your video is awesome, I’ve been thinking about taking a step into the real estate/construction inspection/wedding field. Thanks so much. Your video installed hope and determination.
@gadget_Bob Жыл бұрын
I don't know if this is already been mentioned in an earlier comment but just to clarify, you need your Part 107 license if your video will be used commercially, whether you get paid for it or not. The determining factor on whether you need a Part 107 license is how the video or pictures will be used, not whether you get paid or not.

with gimbals and stabilizers, I get that there are some higher angle views in bigger houses with more ceiling space, is the drone inside a normal house really necessary? just curious

Honest question, If i contact rel estate people for selling pictures just touching base if there is a demand i should be good right? you dont need the part 107 unless your trying to sell them stuff, im just trying to see if there is a demand for that here but showing interest, if im showing pictures to sell then I would need my part 107 right? thanks

I’m glad you asked this question. I can tell you he’s built his business by being the CHEAP GUY. 3000 a week with multiple shooters is pretty effing low. RE photography is a grind for sure. People think it’s great and they’ll become rich but that’s the furthest thing from the truth. It’s definitely a full time plus job and beyond. I left a 125 thousand dollar job a year as a petrochemical inspector and I think about going back every day 😂

Can you use the air 2S for the inside tours? I’m asking cause that’s the one I have and I really want to do this but I don’t have the budget to get the Avata.
@ThumpahFPV Жыл бұрын
You'd need prop guards for sure. I don't have the Air 2s but I do have the Mini 3 and I know you can turn off gps and fly it in cinematic mode in a way that it still keeps level etc. I figure its doable, but quite difficult. But yeah prop guards at a minimum before attempting it.
@Swing4TheRing Жыл бұрын
You could take the props off and literally walk around holding the drone. Because of the 3 axis gimbal, it'll make your walk thru super smooth and no one would even know.
