Extreme Backyard Makeover $150k+

In this episode we follow the crew on a full Design & Build of every inch of this backyard! Starting with demolition and excavation. We move on to the fence posts, deck foundation and concrete pad for the ADU to finish phase 1. Then on to finishing the fence, framing the deck and ADU. Next comes the steel pergola, lighting and sod. After the remaining Hardscaping is completed we are done! What a great build it was.
We used; New Trend for the Fence, Pylex for the deck foundation piles, OC Lumber for the deck frame and wear deck decking throughout.

Beautiful job and well executed! What you didn't show was the busted knuckles, blood, sweat and tears that go into a project like this. I've been a carpenter for 40+ years, so I know what it takes. Hats off to you and your crew!
