Da Nang 🇻🇳
Today we are taking on Da Nang, previously known as an airbase during the Vietnam war, is now the new emerging and rapidly developing city of Vietnam, famous for their beautiful temples and Buddhism. The city is engulfed and surrounded by mountains and a beautiful beaches that stretches over the city!
One thing that rarely changes here is FOOD and that is exactly why we are here. This city flourishes with a rich cuisine filled with fresh seafood and extraordinary noodles. Today I will be bringing you to some of the best local street foods in the region - so stick with me and lets eat!

Awesome video! I really like your effort in pronouncing Vietnamese and knowing basic phrases to talk to the vendors. The guide you were with is beautiful and all the food you ate looked DELICIOUS!!! You're doing a great job at saying "banh". The word xeo is like saying "sell" but don't drag out the end "l" sound, just kind of let it drop. When we make banh xeo at home, we usually add more meat, that's because we like our protein in the US. LOL!

What camera did you use? Is it GH5 or 7AIII? The camera link goes to the Sony 7AIII, but the lens link still goes to a Panasonic Lumix lens :)

It is a Panasonic GH5! Not sure why the link goes to 7AIII! The reason to buy a GH5 over Sonys is to be able to get 10 bit color! I'll see if I can fix that today :)

If you like dipping the baguette into the broth, try bo kho or the Vietnamese chicken curry (ca ri ga). Did you add any condiments to your bun cha ca? I didn't see you squeezing in any lime or adding the other stuff on the table. BTW, constructive criticism here...at the beginning you should talk more naturally. You sound like you're reading a script. Also, describe things other than very nice or really nice....we need to know more than just "nice" what you're eating. I'm sure you cannot compare to Swedish food, but there are other descriptive foods. Maybe say what you like about it and then as a chef, maybe say what you'd do to make it better.
