***** Got ya. It's always good to cook for a while and let the chili reduce, then if it gets to thick add some more water. It's all about the ingredients and the cooking time. Chilli likes to be cooked for a good couple hours. The longer the better.

Man DJ, I've made this quite a few times for the guys, and they love it! I used some habaneros though to make it extra fiery! One of my favorite recipes from you, and then the fact that Glamour of the Kill is blasting in the background makes it even more awesome! Last time I did this was with some Pantera, that helped too. made it today was awesome...i live in korea so i added a little local pepper paste gochu jang (고추장) with the tomato paste. the wife who isn't big on western food loved it. cooking tunes as a heavy mix of Ozzy and Motley Crue. love the vids bro keep cranking em out
