I made those today - including the bbq sauce - in my oven and I kid you not, they were the best meat I've ever had. They were just so tender and succulent. Definitely going to do that again! Thanks for the amazing recipe - looking forward to seeing more!

Great call on the Habenero. If I was living over there, that's the pepper I would use. It's funny you mentioned the Tri-Tip as I've been learning how to butcher a cow and the Tri_tip was the first muscle I worked on. I'll talk to the Food Tube team and see if we can do a recipe for ya. Thanks for watching our videos.

I don't either. When doing Pork Butt. I put the rub straight onto the meat. But I just like the taste of mustard. And I don't always do ribs with Mustard. This is one method and it tastes awesome.

You are correct. The Lang does provide very even cooking. But there are different hot spots on Langs. Especially when working on our 60 and 108. I flip the ribs in this video as not everyone has access to a Lang and they will need to flip em.

Germany has some of the best meat out there. I need to come over there to do some BBQ'n. I love that country. I use to spend time in Garmisch, Lemgo, Wiesbaden, and Frankfurt. I also lived in Pettnau, Austria for a winter. Awesome sausages and crazy meat with mystery stuff in them.

You're the man! I almost never cook for myself and for BBQ it's usually the stuff from the market (Although i have to say that most of the stuff you get in german supermarkets is actually very tasty as it is), but daaaayumm, this stuff looks amazing. I've already made that beer can chicken that you showed us some time ago and sure as hell will try this one out, too!

Excellent recipe. I modified it bit (just because I can't leave a recipe alone). Instead of American Mustard, I used Dijon for the "glue" and instead of prepared Chili powder, I made my own by whizzing a bunch of dried chili peppers. You get a nice powder but you also get little bits of the chili seeds. Gives a nice bite! Once the ribs were glued and rubbed, they were wrapped in cellophane and refrigerated for 24 hours before cooking.

They are Legends, I won't be prostating myself unless they are into Twerking and swing that way. My director wanted that line in so that people who don't have access to a grill can still enjoy cooking up ribs. Not everyone can cook over live fire. Especially those who liven in apartments. I'm all about outdoor cooking.
