EXTREME declutter in 48 hours (sorting my life out before i have a baby)

Come on a big week with me! I am in full busy izzy mode! I've got my energy back woo! I do an extreme declutter of our house in 48 hours; sorting my life out before the baby comes!! I'm in full baby prep mode and there's no stopping me now! I also open up about how i've been finding it hard to pick up the camera recently, going at this alone! But as important during times that are difficult we just look forward to a video or visit our favorite ones from your extreme hikes to yes the van living. I loved at times you would visit bakeries and watch enjoy french bread or the pizza’s! I am not one for tomato sauces, but you made them look so delicious. We enjoyed your van cooking and know that your way of eatting has changed my life in adapting what I thought would be difficult to be a vegan. Through your cooking and eatting out it’s a breeze now. Hi Izzie, I found that when I had similar kitchen cabinets to yours, with the glass, things must be kept tidy and you want the ‘nice’ stuff in there. Problem then is that there’s no room for the clutter you actually NEED but doesn’t look good on display! So, I stuck a coloured film on the inside of the glass and put lots of matching boxes up there and filled them with things I need but don’t want on show. Now the cupboards look good and when the doors are open it looks neat because there are lovely boxes in there BUT only I know that they are crammed with useful junk! Leaving my kitchen LOOKING clutter free.

Well done on your declutter, you did an absolutely fantastic job! As your content changes you will naturally lose people and gain others. I think once it gets close to baby time you will find that you get even more viewers and it will increase as baby grows. If you can get KZbin on your TV, I love just playing ambiences! Nature scenes, LOTR, etc. Lovely for long days at home (especially with baby) when you don’t wanting to actually be watching TV. Helps me feel less alone sometimes and is cozy for holidays, too. 🍂

Well done on the house declutter and nesting stage of buying the essential bits you need for the baby like the cot, pram, and car seat. You’ve done really well just getting a few babygrows, that really is the best thing to dress a baby in for the first few months as they are comfy for the baby to wear day and night and easy to change when they invariably get sick and poo on! A fabric sling to hold the baby is also a good purchase as babies often don’t want to be put down whilst you make yourself food or do other things around the house and when baby is tiny it’s also a good way to go out for a walk without needing to take a bulky pram every time. breathe you have time, just take it one day at a time. do your declutter, then like you said before Tom starts work, buy a few bits and bobs. Then decide on a baby's room. My son was in our bedroom for the first year probably. and his room we had just as storage. So we bought things when we had money little by little and it worked great.
