Taking the interior apart was impressive but your lost me when you used the pressure washer in the engine bay on full blast. It's ok to get SOME water on the alternator but you probably killed it or the car had some warning lights on the dash at some point.

If you can give me an example in your experience where you have first hand seen an alternator fail after an engine wash , please elaborate. There is really no issue with water for an alternator in how it runs and performs. If you don’t dry your engine wash down correctly then that can lead to issues. This man killed it as far as this video is concerned.
