I think he gets her things she wouldn't think to get herself but that he thinks she would like if she tried them. He makes her think outside of the box a bit which I think is neat. Sometimes us practical folks need that extra little push.

Tom you are some kind of wonderful. Her delight says it all. Our boys are 28 & 23. Last Christmas I got each of the boys & my hubs a man crate. Oh my their faces. Comes with a crowbar. Let me tell you I love your layered effect along with the tile. That was even better than a man crate. We redid our kitchen 3 years back & I still have tile left. Good way to upcycle. This mama is ready for some Tomfoolery over here. Ty great watch.

WOW.....Tom you should make a video each year on what HUSBANDS should get their wives each year for Christmas during Vlogmas. That way a lot of women "might" get a great gift like Andrea does every year!! Tom is an amazing DH! If my DH had a video to go to that featured 2-3 items that women might enjoy, maybe I would get more than cash for Christmas. Sure, I get it that my DH wants me to be happy with my Christmas gift, but it would be so much nicer if he would have suggestions on what to get. (Yes, I do give him a list each year, but he either loses it or doesn't pay attention.

A few tips: paper wrapping is much better than plastic with a few of those layers Try to fill one part with some of that spray foam stuff to protect it, then also try cement Zip ties are a great replacement with ribbon. Still weave it together, though they can be tight enough to be harder to cut More tape! Melt the plastic with a hair dryer Maybe try tin cans as well, seal it together with something. Will be hard to open just make sure gloves are used while opening To make things harder, try to add multiple boxes with the same weight and make her have to find the right one?
