I decided to make this video extra special and include TWO jobs I did on Friday the 13th. The first was a leaning trailer that was very close to tipping over, the second is some pretty intense container work. My GoPro was overheating during the first job so I didn't get to record the end of it, which is why I figured it would be best to still include it and throw in another job.
Nothing much else to say but I hope you enjoyed watching this!
►All footage was shot with my GoPro 7. My company logo and intro/outro graphics were created by / sa.creations
►I purchase my rigging equipment from: baileystowingi...
► The wireless headsets that I use on all my rotators:
setcomcorp.com...
► Buy your own Guardian Angel Device just like mine here!
www.guardianan...
We also have a new merch store on the website where you can get Pepe's gear like hats, beanies, shirts and hoodies!

I've always wondered why you don't pick all containers from the bottom like tha instead of climbing on top. Figure the angle you want and have straps made the correct length for 40 foot containers.

So called professionals that do improper loading are a menace to all of us. I find it hard to imagine a company that would not fire the employee who loaded on the high trailer. I have found myself behind a load like that and stopping to allow it to get way ahead of me. CHP needs to charge the company with improper load. I'm with your Dad on the wireless, too many buttons to close together.

Good job, but that truck driver backing up the low-boy needs only one person waving his arms at him. Who should he be looking at? The extras should stand and only shout to relay a message to STOP.

Hello, I have a kind request if I could get some feedback regarding this next video of a video game rotator in action. Assuming the target vehicle has some broken stuff and needs help. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWSxlIGkmL5npKs After watching it, would you say: - the positioning of the tow truck to the target vehicle is a fair usage?! Like is it a normal situation where if space is limited you'd find yourself in that angle (on the side) - the distance from the tow truck to the vehicle is within normal operating distance (rough estimate) - the boom position trying to lift is it ok like that or should be in different angle, higher or whatever other) - the anchors are bending in the video game. Would that be a normal way anchors behave or should they be straight and solid?!? - how should a failed lifting attempt look like if the target vehicle is more than the rotator can handle?! Like a break of the anchors or what to expect normally. in the positioning of the target and distance - is there a standard and normal or recommended position to use the boom to lift a heavy load? Is best to use on the side of the truck or on the back of the truck or like diagonally? or any recommendation for using the boom in such a case. Thank you so much And a happy new year

For the last reefer why not turn hulk around and have the trailer backed up behind you so you could pick off the back of hulk and just rotate to the side not having to put the container over the cab of a truck?
@PepesTowingService
@PepesTowingService 4 жыл бұрын
There was no room to rotate it. Did you not see how I barely cleared the container off the side? You have more length off the side. If I picked it up off the back, it would be impossible to spin it.
@alanhubbard1868

If I was your boss, I would have fired you, when I saw this video. You risked a man's life for positioning a shipping container? Bad, NEVER allow ANYONE under a suspended load. You are too good of an operator to make that mistake.
@PepesTowingService
@PepesTowingService 4 жыл бұрын
Are you an idiot? At what part was someone directly underneath a container? You do know that to position it they have to be AWAY from the container right? No one was underneath, no one was in danger, stop crying and nit picking just for the sake of bitching

I have 36 years experience in Aerospace rigging and lifting Billion Dollar Spacecrafts, I know what I saw, and it looked like the truck driver had to back out under the load, but could just be camera angles. Be Safe, and keep the Tach in the Black.
