Nice, bright look! Personally, I would paint the bricks above the window. You'll still see the brick arch. Also finish above the door and to the sides to have a straight top line like the longer wall.

I like the furniture you showed at the end. I'm quite familiar with the elements and they are typically put together in a mud room [the equivalent of your vestibule]. Designating a mud room stops mud or snow from getting carried into the house! This type of built-in is quite functional and would be ideal because you don't have a coat closet. So I'll suggest you might want to put it in your vestibule so guests have room to move about and put on their boots and outerwear. ✅

In the US we build a lot of concrete blocks buildings & there is a paint made just for those concrete blocks. With a thick bristle roller it gets into all of the indentations & crevasses of the cement & doesn't fade!! It is completely washable! You can take a pail & brush to wash it if you wanted to. It is very durable & I have never seen it flake or anything like that. It is probably expensive but in the long term cheaper. Our schools here have it & it is remarkable how well it stands up to children for decades without needing to be repainted!! I just was mentioning it just as a thought! Y'all did a wonderful 👍 job as always!! It looks great!! It is such a nice home y'all are making for yourselves!! I wish I had found a spouse that would have been energetic & wanted 2 do like y'all have done when I was a half of a century younger!! I so enjoy watching you young people on your adventures together with your home, land & animals!! Thank you for allowing this old woman to be a part of it with y'all!! Take care & be safe!! Thanks for showing the location of the staircase. I couldn't visualize how that all [hallway's, staircase doorway to the vestibule] comes together in your foyer. The open staircase is very nice. It is in keeping with your aesthetic. It is a HUGE improvement to the space. Two coats was plenty because the wall was primed. Well done. You could put your little Christmas tree in the white corner with no window. It would be BEAUTIFUL with a few colored lights all day and night.✅

That room looks amazing white. And it is a great contrast to the wood of the door & the step when it is put back. The mud room bench, shelf, & coat hooks are great ideas. I hope you are able to make the unit yourselves out of wood, but if it is too expensive, then i understand.
