Nice. I'm looking to dismount and remount the console on my Dauntless 15. Big help. A couple videos back in this series, you showed how to fill screw holes. Are you still going to show how to put new screws in? I'm needing to re do the mounting of the bow rail. The rail that goes all the way around. I'm also considering just doing away with that rail.

Gday mate i used a similar setup on my last boat ,i made the side /centre consul my self from marine ply and glass the sprayed it to match the boat , what i used was stainless coach bolts as it was going into a plywood floor . Also i used aluminium angle like you did nearly the same size ,i like your work bigger is better dead right there ,with me i always over engineer what i do .I havent seen those type of toggle fasteners before and when you pushed it down into the hole and tightened it up and snapped it of i went oh no ! then saw how they work good job on mounting it on this resto i have gone through 4 tubes of sikaflex 291 so far sealing things of take care .

Thanks for the comments crispernator, I can always count on you ! Bigger is always better, except when they get in the way of the mounting bolts lol. But, A nice mini mill took care of that problem. I wlways learn and use what I learned on the next project or two, this was a definitely a learning experience!
