Can he use those two attributes when he is out begging in the street because he has a hand missing due to no guarding on any of the machines or is blinded because of no protective eye wear or he catches an untreatable infection from the bacteria infested cutting oil. Why would we celebrate work practices that were used in developed countries over 100 years ago by the same type of money hungry industry autocrat. Workers fought tooth and nail over many years to improve their chance of going home to the family in one piece and still do these days. Anyone who knowingly exposes workers to preventable danger is a criminal and the fact that it is children makes it so much worse. Those gears may be destined for use in one of our developed economies so what does that make us? We don't let our children do that but its ok if they are from a poor country. It is of no importance that he is not at school being educated further. The Victorian overlords never disappeared, they just shifted to another country.

It is amazing, very efficient process. But firthermore, in most of those factories and foundries those workers don't have to change clothes after work, they work in their pijamas and flip flops, no time waste when coming home, straight to bed.

That is some of the crappiest machine work I've ever seen, being performed in the crappiest machine shop I've seen. Spent 58 years in machining; no shop I've ever been in would produce a part that looks as crude as this. Chuck that casting in the CNC machine, turn first end, then flip in stepped jaws to complete second end. One handling completed in 3 minutes. One man could feed the lathe and the gear shaper. Throw into a vibrating deburr tub for deburr. Done and done. I was surprised to see the CNC; based on the rapid position speed I would guess it's from the 80's.

Why? Cultures are not equal. Different cultures don't value the same things. He may not be happy in your shoes either. Some East Asians enjoy rats, Chinese like dog, you like steak. Some Africans like girls with rings on their necks and pot bellies. I only enjoy my culture, I think the rest are nuts, but that's me.

I like to think I give a fair assessment of these vids. This one is some of the worst machining I've seen yet. Clapped out machines or not, this work is crap.
