I watch a lot of different groomers on here. I have never seen the technique of going down the back first. That's great. Seems like the process of removing the matted fur goes faster.

My Maltypoo is aggressive when it comes to grooming. He constantly is rolling on the carpet so he mats very easily. Your videos are helping so much. I need to learn to brush him more too in order to avoid matting. I know it is uncomfortable. Thank you.

As groomers, sometimes we never know what the situation is. Our goal is to positively eliminate the matting to help the dog.

I’ve just discovered your channel and I love it! You seem to really care for the dogs and treat them with love! Some channels I’ve seen look like they just want to get the job done and get the money. Of course there are other channels that do a good job and do care for the dogs, you just seem very upbeat about it! I don’t know much about dog grooming but I love your guys’ channel. :)

@@CassiePutz I've been grooming for 3 years now. I couldn't stand the way groomers were taking care of my dogs. So I returned to school and learned grooming. It was a good decision. I now have my grooming salon and I try to make a difference by handling dogs with respect and gentleness. I probably take a lot longer than a usual groomer though but I am happy with my style. From your videos, I feel you understand what I mean. Keep up the wonderful job.
