Extremely Neglected Basement - Restoration | DIY BASEMENT MAKEOVER 2022 - Part 1

Something completely new on my channel. When I decided to take this job, I thought it would be a great project for my KZbin channel. To record something new that I think could be interesting and maybe instructive for someone.
What is all about?
I must first emphasize that I am not a professional construction worker, but I know this type of job. About 15 years ago I left my job where I worked as an auxiliary worker and where I learned some things on that occasion. This is my second solo job I have done. I'm sure this is not my future, but maybe I'll do something similar for the purpose of recording a video or not to forget this little thing I know :) :) :)
For today's project, it's my neighbor's basement. It is in a really neglected and bad condition. He bought a house and of course the basement came in this condition. He wanted to be just a little tidier, fresher and prettier. I hope he will be pleased to see how I did it. He lives in the US and comes here occasionally.
This project will be divided into three parts. I may post an additional video from start to finish, but it will be a slightly longer video.
All in all, I hope you enjoy the video. If so, I will try to make videos like this more often.
