I like this one very much. I would do the life proof wood flooring in the main areas, no carpet in the dining room for sure. I like the closet to be in the primary bedroom instead of in the bathroom, like this one has with pocket door. Very nice.

Such a beauty!! I love the exterior, beautiful colors.... Same with the kitchen. I've never been a fan of the two toned cupboards but these work well together. I actually love it .. the floors are really nice, a change from the usual. The main bathroom was awesome. Nice long counter... The shower... This place is very cozy. Yes the living room is a bit on the small size but not a deal breaker.. great tour! ❤

Another gorgeous home. Absolutely love the big kitchen and large pantry. It needs electrical outlets on the empty wall for a deep freezer and/or other appliances you may choose to work with in there. There is plenty of room for a small deep freezer and an appliance utility cart. As always, safe travels and God bless.✈🙏

❤️ LOVE this home! the colors & that KITCHEN with all those drawers & upgraded features in them! If 1 of those in the island was for trash - designer NAILED IT! I would put back door where coat closet is so I could have freezer space in laundry. I'd flip living room & dining room. I might add a pony wall to existing partial wall for masterbath toilet privacy. Its gorgeous! Definitely gping to see if I can get it in Lower Alabama! LOVE you can get all this on a smaller footprint. IMPRESSIVE!

I love this layout and layout options (side utility entrance for exsmple,). Guest bathroom has nice space around the single sink. I also like the pulls on the cupboard doors ... they are clean and almost invisible. Modern and clean lines with the 9 ft ceilings. Definitely among my fsvorites! Kudos to the stylists who incorporate a mid-century modern feel that is open and serene.

I missed the baking pan cabinet. Guess that's why it helps having us both doing the same homes. My favorite things in this home were the flooring, and the new style of pulls on all the cabinets. And of course the pantry.

Like this floor plan. I like that the toilet in the master bath isn't shut up into a cubicle but gives privacy and there is room enough to do toilet transfers from and to a wheelchair is needed. Love that pantry but I would have a pocket door instead of that barn door.

Love all of the super convenient and smart additions to the kitchen! Colors were a bit depressing although I did love the colors in the master bath. Didn’t like how the master bed was right off the dinning room which as others have said was too far from the kitchen. I wasn’t a fan of the vent covering the windows either. You’re most certainly incredible at giving us all of the details! Appreciate ya chance!

The only thing I don’t like is where the dining room is. You have to take the food from the kitchen over the carpet to the dining table. Otherwise this is very nice!!!❤❤❤❤

Where do you put the TV? The living room is too small. The kitchen and the pantry are great but it takes up so much of the square footage you barely have a living area. I also have to have a tub in the master. I do love that green color on the cabinets and the secondary bathroom is really nice. The laundry room is nice too. It needs a bigger living room though, I can't get around that. That small living area would be a deal breaker for me.

A super nice looking house. My only issue is how open the toilet area is in the master bathroom. Maybe either a longer side wall or enclosed it with a pocket door. A great price for it

First off the Cook Top would have to be moved to the Right Side Counter Top, I Do Not like it in front of the windows nor do I like one in the island either. Put the Sink In Front Of The Windows cause that’s where a Sink belongs, the rest of the Kitchen is nice. Living Room too plain, it needs a Fireplace. The Bedrooms are all a little on the small side especially the Master, it’s very small for a Master. The Master Bathroom needs a Makeup area to break up that really long Vanity, the Toilet Area should be closed up to become a Water Closet & the Shower needs a Built In Bench at the back with the Hand Held Wand back there with it. Too much I didn’t like about this one. Thanks for the tour Chance.

That's not bad, but imagine the options would add at least another 20K. I like that some manufacturers are treating these units more like forever homes instead of temporary housing (negative sense). I like the formal dining room. I would turn the closet into a pantry and make the existing pantry an office. 🙂

I like everything else in the house except for the design of the kitchen. As somebody who used to cook in a restaurant I would never in a million years put a cooktop in front of the windows. So every time you have something that has any type of a splatter you're going to have to be washing your windows and that window ledge. They should have put the cooking Center like I like to call it over on that wall where it's next to the double oven take that double oven and your cooktop and your range hood and put it all on that one wall and then that way you can have a double wall oven with French doors and you could have your vent hood and your cooktop right there as well

i have this thing were i think there should be a linen closet on both ends of the home, i dont want people coming into my private space to get sheets billows blankets and such. and it just makes more sense to have a linen closet in the communal area for throws and such. i dunno this home is just weird to me lol i love some of the stuff but i cant get past the funky kitchen set up lol

Such a nice home in the way it’s laid out but what atrocious looking cabinetry in the model. Why can’t cabinets look like wood anymore not just industrial painted boxes. Very sad and cold looking almost like a hospital not a home. Despite all that and all the tragedy of this past week a video from Chance is a reminder of the good things and times we have available to us in this life. Thank you Chance 😊

I Love this home ! The colors are really nice!! I would only change a couple of things. 2 sinks in the guest bathroom, 2 ovens instead of the microwave, and no carpet. The closet by the pantry I would change that, to put a stand up freezer in that space. I love all of the colors inside and outside. Thanks Chance! Awesome tour! My usual complaint, I do not like a sink in the island when it should be over at the window. Great pantry! I like no door closing in the toilet in MB. MB closet not in bathroom is so nice! I like it but would change some things!

Do not like the water heater next to the bedrooms - what if it leaks? Is there drainage in the floor of that closet? And the bedrooms are too small - maybe take some of the space from the kitchen? Even a square foot or two?

I love the colors. Really love the kitchen with the cool storage options and wow, what a great pantry. Just needed a linen closet for the guest bathroom. I really like the bump out for the kitchen windows and love the blinds, roman curtains.

Master bath and kitchen are amazing, but there are no french or sliding doors to go out to a porch. Also, you would have to set up 5he living room very differently if you want a TV in there. I would rather have wood or tile floors over the carpet, but that carpet looks like an upgrade.

Overall a nice house. Need to keep the water heater in the utility room and make the space it's currently in a linen closet. I have never liked the kitchen sink located in the island. Really dislike that range hood in the window.

Kitchen sink needs to be looking out the window, pantry is fabulous,living room needs the walls between kitchen extended to give it more of a separation. I would definitely want the interior painted, those colors are depressing.
