Hey everyone, welcome to M&D Lawn Care, in this video we used our scag v ride ii to tackle this overgrown yard. Mowing was for sure the easiest part of this transformation, since we also had to uncover a wall full of poison ivy. The entrance to his house was completely hidden and it has been for years, but we made it the best on the block. it looked unrecognizable by the time we were finished on this one

On the public sidewalk, where the property lines meet, thank you for taking care of the 3 feet between the property lines and the neighbors driveway!!!! No one else does that and it drives me nuts! You are the only guys that do it. Looked amazing!

I use to do yards similar and a couple houses I did the little area like that. The one who handles the maintenance between the bank and realtor called me saying the neighbors complained! The spot was maybe 3’x3’ tops at those houses. Some people are just that way. Edit. This always about 7-8 years ago and wish we were smart enough to record them as we got between $35-$75 for yards like this 😂.

This reminds me of when I was growing up my dad did an amazing job keeping up our front and back yard, He planted flowers in the front yard and built a deck on the back. Great job. There are several people that do lawn cleanups on KZbin. The top level people are the ones that don't just mow down the tall grass and weeds, they gather them together and pick them up for disposal. You all are one of the top level lawn specialists. Well done.

I’m not a socialist but anyone that abandons a property like that should be automatically signed up for a grounds maintenance. One missed payment, property auctioned off. With the need for housing and people creating health hazards and eye sores, sieze it and give someone a chance for a home. These properties are everywhere. These guys are awesome. Father and son working in harmony. Old school hard work with picks, shovels and take away the cut grass, etc. and looking like they’ve done together forever. 💯💯💯🇺🇸

Why didn't the city that this house is in fix the concrete sidewalk and get the homeowner replace the driveway as a kind of marker that needs to be repaired in a way to help people to replace ownership of the property. Very good job to Daniel and his dad for the job they do around the Houston area
