The great thing about iTT races is I can ride the same course and compare my times with Gerben! I can’t compete on your hill climb iTTs, but I got you by 1 second on this one on my second attempt! Little victories 🎉 😅

Good time Gerben. My attempt was bad! 8:43 ☹ I did get cramp in my left leg though so that ruined my chances of a good time. Was planning to try it again, but found other things to do on Zwift while watching the bad weather. Going to try a Hill Climb event of the Petite KOM this week to see how stronger I am now compared with a few months ago when I last did it. But I'd really prefer to get out on the bike for a change. This June has been bad for us fair weather cyclists!

Pacing on TTs is always important, but on a short effort like this it's even more important. If you're doing a 4km TT and you're riding at VO2 max and you've gone too hard the blow-up is spectacular. I speak from experience.

Decent effort, I say, Gerben! 💪 Meant to ask, what’s your view on the move by Zwift to stop ZP power rangers from entering Zwift events? Are you happy because they won’t spoil your events or are you sad because your thumbnails won’t be so exciting anymore? 😂

LOL! I am all for it. And happy too. I'll find a way to make the thumbnails relevant. Also I am sure that ebike doping is on the rise right now. So keep an eye out for those! :D

Thx! I use nvidia for screencapture and an iPhone for the recording. I mash it together in movavi.
