I worked in the Uk and india.. in The Uk we had compulsory 30days paid holidays per year .. same company does not provide these holidays when it comes to India.. we are Morden era slaves .. this is really wrong should stop 🛑.. my sisters are working in mnc service provider.. they give them targets which cannot be completed in 40 hours a week .. so they have to work extra without overtime money .. managers are equally responsible.. freshers are being used like donkey in the fields .. they keep on working because of lack of jobs outside.. people have to somehow survive anyways.. yes we cannot say there is no work politics and managers siding by the hr department… same company pays more money in Bangalore but less In Pune for exact same job .. that is another concern … 😡😡😡

Its not just EY...its the norm every so called corporate office has, I realized it when I was terribly sick with stomach illness and severe iron deficiency.. I Thank God and my family for realising this pressure and let me quit... and I am Happy that I quit... when I started working again after my recovery, I was earning less than 50% the previous amount but I find myself more at peace, Healthy and content with whatever I earn and I never ever want to return to that toxic culture again ..

Please leave the company if it's bothering your mental health. Just switch off your phone and don't go back to work. If you feel you are stuck because of loan, bonds, bonus then listen. Loan you can pay even after changing the job or jumping to another company. Joining bones is not a bond. You don't have to return the joining bonus when u leave the company. And even lawyers have agreed to it. There is no such rule. That is just to scare you that u have to return the money but no company will put a case on you if you don't return that money. This is what a lawyer said. There is no law made on it. It's just on papers and even the bond which you sign to serve the company is useless. Even after u sign the bond, you can still leave the company without experience certificate ( use payslip as your experience certificate). No company will go to court to sue you for it, even if they do, that bond is not admissible in the court and you will win. Company will back off. Because according to the court, signature on any plain paper is useless. Only an affidavit or legal stamp paper is valid. So, be free. No more suicides. If you don't like to work in a company, simply leave and take a break. Don't go into depression with all this bonds and bonuses. Nothing matters. It's just to scare you. If you don't like the job it means that you need to change your interest and may be you are in the wrong job. May be you like dancing or singing or designing. Try shifting to something you really love working. Work for 8 hours and leave. Nobody can stop you. If doing wfh, then it's more easier. Simply go offline after your shift time. It is only the insecurity in your mind that something bad will take place if you leave on time. If you don't deal with your insecurity, obviously others will exploit it

Sad and unfortunate, totally understandable if someone is needy but please limit your wants and evaluates how much money is really needed for sustenance, only plus point to live in India is it is very cheap and economical, do work as per your bare minimum needs, do not trap yourself in loans and hefty emis, and moreover never overwork thinking company is someone where u belong, I worked in ncr for 10 years and I realised these will suck the life blood out of completely. And this thing always happens with corporate level servants, even a labour from village will refuse to work beyond 5. But sad truth about corporate culture and race to become a superior… very unfortunate
