2 cheez hai Indian parents and relatives inculcate mindset of more money and less work. So, people develops this mindset. 2nd thing, corporates treat indians as donkeys and due to high supply of labour and high unemployment, rules and regulations by government is not strictly followed

On a human level and spiritual level we have to consciously ensure that we do not harass our juniors because karma will not leave you trust me , you are spoiling your saturn which is related to labour and mass works who work below you , so be careful before mis treating someone who is working for you , it will come to bite you very bad in life.

Now suddenly everyone is talking about toxic work culture. We have given the examples of hard work to this generation. We are following China , Korea, Japan for their hardwork dedication and progress. We have blamed local people who are not inclined to hard work. And brought hardworker from all corners of the country and world. Who is correct.?

To be frank if she has competed CA mean she was already haveing strong will. Common its not easy to become CA they are trained for stress management. Even if this happened that means not only workculture but also their maybe bullying as well. This thing is experience by all corporate employees but sometimes it will be worsten

Amazon for CAs is still lesser work pressure than Big 4

@@theiimguy I disagree to that, at least I worked for both. The pressure is at par. The only difference is one has good pay package compared to the other.

In my opinion There is a essential need for passing a strict law from parliament which is only for all professionals including Doctors, Engineers etc. And everything should be pre determined in law like working hours, leave, overtime etc. Just like labour laws because there is not even a single law which regulates all this things for professionals
