Salt water with a rag is a great remedy for it(preferably if the water is very warm or borderline hot). It definitely works. It even works if you get those situations where eye stick together. You might need if you have to do something and don't have any non-drowsy AM on hand. Still, natural is better than unnatural...IT MAY HELP WITH THE SYMPTOMS OF PINK EYE CONJUNCTIVITIS A LOT, BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AS A LONE CURE!

Hi Doc I saw in the store they have a Alaway new preservative free ( ketotifen fumarate ophthalmic solution 0.035%, antihistamine eye drop) will this be better than the regular non preservative formula the one you are recommending?

Yes, especially if you have sensitive eyes! Since this video, there is also another new drop - Pataday (a former Rx drop) has become OTC. But it is preserved.
